Ok, So this game looks like it could be fun, BUT it won't run on my pc, Now to put that into perspective, My pc can run Castlevania los 2, MGR R, Lego games, Payday 2, Cuphead, You get the idea, But this game lags from just the title screen. For anyone wondering the specs. 8 gb ram, intel core i5-4570 cpu @ 3.20GHz 64 bit operating system, x64 based processor
this is a free game but i cannot recommend it at all because a lot of the choices here are lazy and with actual work put in could be fixed i had to fight the camera and controls something that could be fixed easy with a camera you can control that zooms in and out but not you are fighting the camera because it zooms in for you and press the worng palce and now you have changed postion combined with having problems even getting interactive objects to react sometimes what about an indication you are making progress well this has problems as well not only do you have problems seeing what you are doing because places you are suppose to interact with melts into everything you have no indication if what you are interacting with is even reacting sometimes meaning you can miss progress again there is an easy fix here and that is have some sort of indication when you are interacting with an object that it is part of the puzzle and dont make the interactive pieces melt so much into the objects so you can actually see what you are doing and indication could be either that the piece wiggles a bit or you hear ratteling lego your choice to use lego actually hurts what youa re trying to do with how the graphics is set up so either rework it into looking different but the same puzzle or change the way the lego looks so it is clearer for the person to actually tell what they are doing so the way your lego is set up is you can see the spaces where the lego connects and nromally this would be fine but since this is a puzzle game it is instead working against the game in puzzles you need to see the moving parts and that means you need to be able to see when a moving part is unlocked problem is here is because you used lego and its ot clearly defined everything kinda looks like it has moving parts meaning it is hard to see what is the terrain and what is something that can be moved on paper this is a fun idea but in it's current state the product has a poor execution of the concept but there are some creative ideas here and with improvements and learnign from mistakes i think the next project will be better so i wish you the ebst of luck with the future

Makes no sense. Even using a walkthrough was difficult because even when you know there is a tiny thing that can be interacted with it doesn't always respond. I thought the game was broken until I watched a walkthrough and discovered interaction was possible, just very specific blocks in very specific ways in a very specific order. Might be the worst puzzle game I have ever played.
This is a computer-game version of a real puzzlebox, which makes it the worst of both worlds. Unlike the real puzzlebox which this game is clearly a promotion for, there is no tactile feel. You won't notice when something becomes loose and can be pressed. The fun of something on one side causing a change on the other side is now a chore as you have to zoom out, drag-rotate and zoom back in to interact with. Other puzzlebox type games (e.g. The Room, The Past Within) solve these limitations by expanding from "just a puzzlebox" to a supernatural escape-room scenario, where directional cues and theatrics replace the missing tactile feedback, and using a whole room makes it much easier to navigate. This game has none of that, it's just the puzzlebox.
Quite a fun little puzzle! There's one tricky part that you have to do, but without spoiling, yes it does come out. It feels and works like a real puzzle box because it is a real lego ideas project (that deserves your support!). Legolamaniac has made several lego puzzle boxes and this one is my favorite. Also since physical legos are very expensive it's nice of them to create this free game for us so everyone can play. My one gripe is that you cannot completely unsolve the puzzle to its start state (only in the game version of course). With puzzles putting it all back together is part of the fun.

I feel some of the negative reviews might come from people who have never done puzzle boxes before (ala Chris Ramsay), especially the Lego kind (There's a wonderful Zelda themed Lego puzzle box he did). This feels very true to doing one, and I managed to find the main treasure in about 2 hours on Medium, so it is doable without a hint guide, but if this is your first puzzle box, or you're relatively new, I can see how people might feel it's 'impossible' without one. Legitimate criticisms are that there is no haptic feedback letting you know if something "moves" or if there's movement internally when moving the box around, but that's a bit of a limitation of converting a physical object to digital, (though I would argue it might even make this easier since there's less "red herrings"). Essentially it's a "find the right sequence" puzzle where you need to push/pull parts in the correct order, sometimes needing to backtrack or restore original configurations to unlock other sequence paths.
Great puzzle! Ir's a shame that this didn't get approved in LEGO Ideas, but I appreciate that you still found a way to make it playable for everyone!
Before I played Treasure of Barracuda, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
