this is a surprisingly accurate description of my daily life as a day trader

Its good

Just as hard as in real life but funny

Over all, it's a fun little game. I imagine that a lot of the horror is supposed to come from LOOOOOOOOORE but frankly I'm not about digging through all the in-game emails looking for disparate narrative threads to try and string together. There's also probably a bunch of stuff that happens in the environment around you, but if you want to actually succeed in the "goal" of the game, you're gonna stay glued to your trading. Beyond having a somewhat violent fail-condition, I don't really see how it's a horror game, though I suppose watching the stock you just bought super high take a huge dive certainly can engender some existential dread. The difficulty is pretty significant until you realize [spoiler]300 stock isn't the max you can own, it's the max you can buy in a single transaction, then you just start buying the hell out of anything with positive news.[/spoiler]

It's a good an interesting game and concept, plus, the mechanics are well done The only problem I'm having is that you will end up getting killed by 3am, even though it says that it will last until 6am. If there was a way to set that you could pay a small amount each time to pay the debt to prevent them from coming earlier, I'd say that'd make the game a bit more fair I'd say those are the only problems I have with it, alongside repetitive news articles

It's a randomized stock trading game with some "horror" elements. No jump scares that I can find as you know what's going to happen before it actually does. I had a fun time with it though. The music is banging and the theme is pretty cool when you move around outside of the PC. It's a short experience and you can easily complete it within an hour for Normal and Hard by reading the news and understanding what companies do what. If there was some changes, I would like to see some more news come through or the effect of the news happen quicker to give it a little more suspense. There's always something hidden from the developer as some of you may be coming from I'm On Observation Duty, but I have yet to find it if it exists.
