Torii

sometimes we forget that the sea of consciousness is composed, not of groups or organizations, but from the sum of individuals. Torii is a melancholy and sonderous experience that might not be pleasant for some, but it can reach into you and manifest brilliant and dark emotions if you let it.

Torii is a solid indie game. It's pretty short, it requires no more than 2-3 hs to complete, but it's replayable for some collectibles and trophies. Gameplay mixes some puzzles and a very basic but effective stealth. It's not difficult at all, it's very accesible for all kind of players. Story is also simple, but powerful. It's told in a pretty weird way though: cutscenes (if we can call it that way) are presented in a rather unusual way, suddenly popping up and interrupting the gameplay, almost with the abruptness of a jumpscare. The visuals are another strong point of the game. They’re simple, but quite eye-catching, and it even reminded me of Journey in some specific parts. The soundtrack isn’t very present, but when it is, it’s well used.

Un estilo visual simple que no llena, una jugabilidad simple pero algo confusa y una historia simple pero contada de una forma... rara. Aburrido.

Art is an odd thing really. wandering around in someone else's mind for a few hours learning what they need to say in the only language they can. I can't really say I fully understand everything but I know a whole lot of emotion and effort went into, bleeding on the pages kinda thing. all that being said I don't really know how to review something like this but I absolutely recommend you play it. it is more art than game so don't be butt hurt your not hyper-simulated every second you play.

Şahsen ne kadar ilgli çekici gözüksede oyuna girdiğiniz an o ilginiyi kaybediyorsunuz. Hikaye merak ettirsede oyunun basitliği ve bitmek bilmeyen buglar artık canıma tak ettirdi.

Stealth/puzzle game with cool, surreal landscapes. Story is kind of sad when you piece it together.

Me encantó , la pase muy bien me alegra que kou haya logrado una hermosa obra. El creador joaquin castro es un crack de youtube se lo extraña muchísimo, con el aprendí a comprender otras obras. kougami o generacion indie, te super felicito por esta hermosa historia, pude apreciar cada detalle y seguro hay cosas mas ocultas que no logré descifrar. Es una experiencia narrativa con fuerte enfoque en la historia, ambientación, puzzles y destreza. Mas allá de caminar y ver paisajes mientras cuentan una muy fuerte historia , nos quedamos envuelto en un mundo bello hay desafios si buscamos a fondo en el mapa y seguro sorpresas. Me dejo bastante pensativo, adoré los refranes y cada dialogo esta muy bien pensado. Recomendado totalmente. AGUANTE KOU CHE!!! AGUANTE ARGENTINA VAAAAAMO
