Haven't played for too long yet, but it got me hooked onto the story so bad I stopped voice acting it, which is definitely an accomplishment! Art is beautiful, Icardi is beautiful, Icardi is amazing, I REALLY love Icardi... Didn't have high expectations, especially because bl games tend to just be okay nowadays, but it's good and I recommend buying it! I love you Icardi
WARNING: If you cannot tolerate any mention of toxic relationships or violence in general I wouldn't recommend playing. I would first like to comment on the artwork, it was beautiful every detail of it I LOVED IT. Second the story, it was very touching in my opinion and it felt realistic as if I was actually living the life of the MC. Third the endings...god i hated them and love them cause it would bring tears to me when getting the chaos ending. Overall I give it a 4.5/5 almost perfect. I finished it in one day and I don't regret anything. IT WAS WORTH THE PRICE.
It's a tough hunt out there to find BL visual novels. Let alone ones with good art, decent writing, and intricate characters. To Kill Eros smashes all of those aspects out of the park. I stumbled across the game being advertised on Twitter and was intrigued by the concept and art, though 'hell why not?' I have no regrets except for the fact that I want more. I could read hours and hours of Melrose and the four romantic interests. I'll bare all that perhaps this game hit me at a point of my life where I feel very alone, isolated, left behind and without any support. Some of Melrose's inner turmoil resonated so SO hard with me that I found myself in tears. The sheer emotion on all sides of the story is strong.
Eros's route and the shouting match at Vitale's manor had me being able to HEAR the back and forth in my mind as I read.
I fully enjoyed all the routes though if I had to rate my order of adoration went Vitale, Dr. Love, Eros, Icardi. All explore different themes, as expected, and all handle Melrose's spice in different ways (not always the best way). PROS - Excellent writing and dialogue - Art is lovely (though can vary and quality) - CGs are desktop-worthy in their quality - Diverse characters - Good plot twists - Easy to go back and redo your decisions and explore all options - Spicy art/scenes don't detract from the story (loved it all) CONS - As mentioned, art quality can be a tad inconsistent but not enough to be an issue - Some of the climax plot ends feel a tad rushed - I had a bug opening Eros's route that was quite frustrating and had to try a few things to unlock it despite meeting all the prerequisites This game is completely worth the price tag and I'm quite sad at its lack of community because I'd be alll over that. I'm eager to see what else the creator treats us to in the future! Conclusion, BUY THIS GAME.
So far I have only played all of Icardi's endings and routes and so far I love this VN. It has romance and can be quite dark at times which I LOVE. Will I will recommend this game but I will say it has to be your thing. Not in a bad way but like I said it can get dark.
i have to say that i didnt expect to find such a hidden gem so randomly, but im glad i did, it really hooked me up - the story, the characters are rly great, its perfect blend of romance, gore, angst and comedy with a fantasy setting, when the main motive is presenting different concepts of love, i only wish i could forget it and play it again anew... must play for any BL enjoyer, but i would also recommend it for anyone just slightly interested, cuz its just good
icardi is the cutest little thing ever!!!!!!!! still playing through the others but nonetheless his endings were amazing! be it the bad endings then that chaos ending! loved it all, love icardi! his story was amazing to go through,,, the cgs... dont even get me started on how i would pause to admire them,, instantly got this gem when i saw that sale along with the release of it! all love interests look so so so gorg and i love the choice factor of it! totally would recommend it. icardi was the sole reason i came in and i do not regret it in the slightest !

This game needs to be more popular! Beautiful distinctive art style, and I'll be thinking about Vitale's route for a long time. As an older gamer some of Melrose's thoughts & choices didn't always land with me, but I didn't mind, because the world is creative & cohesive enough that I wanted to keep seeing more.
this game was so good especially mc(melrose) was so good written, the story had me in chokehold especially vitale(i love this man<3) it was a little short for me so i wish there will be some more of this. The art in this is fantastic loved every cg there was. Recommended for everyone who loves good story, art and imperfect(in a human kind of way) mc like melrose<3
This game is super cute! I waited to write this until I'd finished all the routes, including all bad endings. Vitale was easily my favorite by a long shot.. Sometimes with VNs it's a bit of a drag to try and get through all the routes just to unlock the one I really want, but I enjoyed all of them! I'm really glad the dev decided to share this project. Keep at it!
