⭐ Recommended | ~81 hrs played I wasn’t sure if I’d like this one at first. I grew up on that old-school Zelda feel, but somehow I didn’t expect much going in. Ended up being a pleasant surprise though. It’s got that cute, chibi pixel-art charm — very nostalgic, like a cozy sandbox mixed with classic adventure vibes. The snow biome was probably my favorite; it even has a subtle Shinto aesthetic. There’s a dungeon shaped like a Torii gate, and you fight twin shrine maiden spider yokai — definitely one of the cooler moments. Gameplay-wise, it’s short but well put together. Fun and just challenging enough to keep you hooked, especially in co-op. It can get a little grindy, and the inventory system could use some love. Also, there’s not a ton of guidance — you’ll be figuring things out mostly on your own at first. My only real downside is that it feels like the devs kinda gave up on it, which is a shame because it had so much potential. Still, for what’s there, it’s a genuinely enjoyable little world to get lost in for a while. All in all, it has its quirks and flaws — just like every other game. So you either love it, or not so much.

Used to play this game a bit thinking it would be a cute game to replace Stardew. However, once it was disclosed that they record your microphone for "usage diagnostics," that was when I dipped. Game is pretty much dead right now, as the last update was October of last year. This was a shame too, since this game seemed to have potential.

I dont write reviews ever but my god this game is a hidden gem and had to from the weird mixed review score this game has, sure in early access it was buggy but now its a perfect game. This game is a breath of fresh air i was sceptical from the reviews but it is a genuinly amazing game its like a top down minecraft game and just has so much to offer, theres tons of QoL stuff which i was worried about but everything you need is right there. The devs seem to be active and the art-style and quests they give to the game is really nice to see as they focused on single player as well as multiplayer, theres so many hours of gameplay here for not a lot. On sale at £3 its a bargain.
O jogo é bom, divertido e bem bacana para jogar com os amigos, no entanto tem um sério problema: foi cancelado pela empresa. Simplesmente decidiram interromper o desenvolvimento dele e partir para outras coisas. Caso queira uma experiência similar, e provavelmente feito pelo mesmo time de desenvolvedores do tinkertown, recomendo FORTEMENTE o Tinkerlands. Esse sim vale a pena e, inclusive, é mais barato.
