A super cute and addictive idle little game, in which the goal is to raise little bees and form hives to sell honey in exchange for upgrades, more bees, and more beehives!! the coolest part is that there are many different types of bees, each one with a creative skin.. there’s even a wolf bee, marshmallow bee, mage bee, ninja bee. and besides them already being different, you can still buy cosmetics for them, including a variety of hats to customize each little bee in whatever way you like the most!!
I liked this game, but it infuriates me now because I also like 100% completing games when I can. I finished it ages ago EXCEPT for this one achievement that insists you open 3000 packs of cards. You easily finish the game around 1500. There is zero need to have this much grind for an achievement. The gold/rainbow bees are not even frequent enough to make it even slightly fun to "collect" them all. Even close to 3000 packs open I don't have all of them. Insanity. This ONE achievement has ticked me off so much, and it used to be HIGHER. This is actually the lowered amount, and I'm still struggling. My wrist hurts. I have wrist issues and cannot afford to do this outside of short spurts. You have to click and drag to the right to open a pack, and believe me, this is not worth it. Game would have been an easy recommend had the achievements been optimized kindly at all, but even after players begged it still wasn't lowered nearly enough. Dev, how much do you think I want to look at these bees? Fr? There. Is. Nothing. To. Do. But. Open. Packs. Listen to your players. Also, I guess the game broke for some people in the discussions area, and no fix in over a month. I don't know man. I absolutely cannot recommend, I'm merely lucky I leveled everything I needed to before that broken update.
Cute game. The idle game was good by itself, with smooth progression, and you can reach the end rapidly, not needing to play for months on this one. But this is sadly ruined for people that aim for 100% completion. The problem is that, here again, we have developers not able to see the difference between bad and good achievements, and they ruin their game for a bunch of players. Well, it's of course a personal opinion, but achievements can be fun, fair, entertaining, challenging, and even ask for completion if well balanced. Achievements like "Play a Thursday" are plain stupid but can easily be done by changing the time of the computer. Achievements like "open 3000 packs" when the game is fully explored after opening 1000-1200 of them is just pure brainless grind and a lack of respect for the players. Worse still, players who initially enjoyed the game leave with a negative opinion after spending the last few hours on something so repetitive and uninteresting. Explanation: for your last achievement, you'll have to: click to open the shop, click to buy 5 packs, click to confirm, click 16 times to open the pack and accept the 15 bees, click to buy 5 packs, click to confirm, click 16 times to open the pack and accept the 15 bees (you have 30 slots in a hive), click to close the shop, click to open hive, click to sell the 30 bees, click to confirm, click to close hive menu, You got +10, Repeat till you reach 3000. Okay, macros exist, but having to do such a thing just ruins everything that was enjoyable and is such a waste of time. And that's the height of absurdity when you use a pun of the saying "TIME IS MONEY" as the name for your game.
This game is incredibly cute and I had a really good time with it until I read through the achievements. The bees are really cute; the gameplay is simple and calm; the music is pleasant and chill; and the hats are a really cute touch so you can make each little bee friend unique. This is all ruined knowing that I needed to have 9,000 bees in the course of the game as I do not have it in me to decorate that many bees with anything else to do in my life. I would have given this game a recommendation if I didn't have to open 3,000 packs of bees to get the final achievement. If this threshold was cut in half or there were more types of bee packs to open this wouldn't be so bad, but the only reason I ended up getting the achievement in a decent amount of time is due to a macro I set on my mouse. If you like bees, have at it! If you like achievements, maybe give it a miss.
Decent idle game which kind of reminded me of Chillquarium with the card pack system. I really enjoyed collecting all the bees and watching them fly around. I love that you could customize them with hats and accessories. However, one of the achievements is really annoying. It is the open 3k packs one. I finished the game before I even got the 1k one. The maximum you can open at a time is only 5, so I spent a few hours just opening packs and selling bees over and over. It's very tedious and unnecessary. Keep that in mind if you want to go for 100% achievements on this game.
I really wanted to give this game a positive review. It's adorable and I love all of the bees, but after the halfway point it just turns into a grind. I had to set up a macro on my mouse due to all of the clicking required to open new bee packs. Worth it if you just want to see some cute bees, most of the cutest are in the first half. If you're wanting to be a completionist, probably not worth it.
I cannot recommend this game unless you are a 5 year orld girl who loves to decorate bees, because this is basically all you are doing. Btw I love idle games but this one is not worth the money. There are exactly 4 meaningfull upgrades in the game the rest is just fancy decoration stuff. So I guess it is more fun flipping coins for hours....
insanely addictive idler game with card packs.
I was already done with all achievements except for one after roughly 17 hours. The last missing achievement required me to open 3000 packs which meant I spent more than 2 hours just opening packs until I got it. That was not fun at all. The rest of the game was fine, nothing super interesting but if you like "numbers go up" games this one is not bad.
I love this, very cozy, many bee: grow the bees dress the bees get all bees be the bee imma bee 10/10
