Three Bulky Bears

Very cute aesthetic, I love the little bear faces when they hold their breath underwater. I like that the levels are relatively short so I can play it for 10-20 minutes when I have a free moment. The bear switching trick in the tutorial was a bit difficult to get the hang of but after that the difficulty has felt "just right." Most levels so far have taken me a few tries, and I can see ways how I could run them faster which seems like fun after I finish the rest of the game.

Three Bulky Bears has a smart mechanic: each bear has a power and you have to switch between them, sometimes quickly, to complete each challenge. So not only do you have to figure out which Bear to use, you also need the skill to execute it.

Really fun mechanics and satisfying to work on improving level completion times, speedrun-style.

A funky little offering, with the potential to be played far better than how I play it.

This is a cool take on the indie platformer genre. The physics-based controls combined with creative re-use and combination of the level mechanics creates a lot of depth to the gameplay. Just beating each level is (typically) pretty easy, but the game really shines in its secondary goals (namely level speedrunning and finding collectibles) which force you to master the mechanics and think creatively. I think casual gamers will also have a good time with the game (though it may only be a handful of hours of gameplay total in that case), but the devs put in a lot of effort to really polish the experience for people who will have fun perfecting their technique on each level.

Really fun and interesting platformer. Switching between the bears correctly is super satisfying, and the platforming is fun with a bit of challenge. There's also one collectible for each level and a speedrun time!
