This... is something. It definitely has a target audience. Beyond the fundamental idea behind it, the gameplay is actually kind of fun--my compliments to the dev. However, I think the first boss (I think it's a boss) has a pretty serious bug. I hear "hey, you can't do that" in a high-pitched voice and I'm unable to move from a specific spot on the road, despite literally nothing happening. I hate that it happened so soon. I get that this is a satire... but it's a little confusing. I can't tell who exactly he's making fun of, because both the main protagonist and the rest of the world seem to be structured off of the misinformation handed out from the (political) left and right--where the protagonist is championing far-right ideals such as "freedom" via a unilateral military campaign (which is definitively authoritarian). I've only played a very small part of the game, but if this contradiction in the protagonist exists, then it seems to just be a ridiculous game made just for the hell of it. However, the short, "deep" political narration given by the protagonist in the jail cell at the start makes me think otherwise. While optimistic, this does look like a game made by/for people with right-leaning authoritarian political ideologies. If you fall under this category, then I imagine you'd really get a kick out of this game--like I said, the gameplay is pretty good and despite a couple of small bugs, I can tell the developer put quite a bit of effort into this. Kudos. Edit: Upon looking into this creator a bit further, it has become abundantly clear that this is, in fact, targeted to individuals with right-leaning political ideologies. The dialogue from the main protagonist is not ironic.
