The VA in this game is actually really good, and the art style is great too. But the story… I played through a bit, and the plot just isn’t that impressive, it feels kind of outdated. And seriously, [spoiler]what’s up with every chapter having some girl suddenly jump out to fight over the guy?[/spoiler] I just don’t get it.Also, the game’s UI is kinda rough! There’s [b]no rewind button !!![/b] If you want to rewatch something, you have to start the whole thing over from the beginning. It’d be nice if they added a proper rewind feature instead of making players replay the entire chapter…

The translation isn't much better a year+ after release. If you're coming here because of the anime's announcement, keep in mind that the English translation is quite insufferable at times. It also lacks QoL features that many modern visual novels have so it's a bit rocky playthrough. That said, I enjoyed my time with this story. The art and voice acting are incredible in comparison that it's enough to wash away my disappointment. I hope it can be the same for you as well.

A couple of notes in no particular order. Spoilers ahead!!! I wish I could recommend this game. I still had a good experience, but... - The art and voice acting are the two strongest positives the game have. Gorgeous and varied sprites, absolutely gorgeous CGs, and a stellar voice cast. - Crail big sis... I wanted more of her, she's my favourite in the entire cast. Hikaru Midorikawa gave a stellar voice performance as her. - I really appreciated the meta touch of Akari's character, it was refreshing to see her bounce off Tiara's character and to see them connect as Japanese gamers in their previous lives. It's a welcome celebration of oshikatsu culture, especially in Akari's case who fully embraces her love for otome games without fear of breaking the game's meta. I was happy to see her and Hartknight's redemption bits :) - The translation is absolutely atrocious, so much that it cheapened the product as a whole and made me feel like I played a cheap mobile game rather than a proper story. Also, the game does NOT deserve such a high price tag (40€ for 6-10 hours of game???!); even the 25% discount that I got the game at didn't feel like enough. - Although the main couple is adorable in theory (who wouldn't love a man doting over his wife?), I wanted to shake them after a while. Aquasteed's overprotective tendencies when it comes to other men, coupled with Tiara's constant self-doubting about Aqua's devotion to her, really got old towards the end. Even after going through so much, they ended the story the same way they were at the beginning. No self-reflection, no character growth, nothing. It's a pity... That's it for now. Gonna finish up what I have left to play!

[h1]简介[/h1] 《悪役令嬢は隣国の王太子に溺愛される》是一款日系乙女恋爱视觉小说游戏，是根据同名的轻小说改变而来的，本作有着独特的题材：异世界穿越的爽文！非常棒的美术：独特的插画和精美的CG，最后就是配音所带来的听觉感受，都非常的不错，当然最爽的还是穿越后报复的爽快感觉。 [h1]玩法[/h1] 本作有着3章主线故事和4个角色的额外故事，结合售价的话这个体量貌似有点少了。游戏的故事还是经典的少女怀春幻想被英俊的白马王子所包围，这一次有三个白马王子，让女主幸福的都快晕厥了。游戏中出场的角色比较多，对话丰富，还有女主的可爱的时刻，都令人心动。游戏的主要玩法就是传统的视觉小说那样，通过不同的选项的选择，最终可以进入不同男主的故事线当中。比较遗憾的是本作没有和男神单纯约会的玩法，所以选择玩谁的故事线和谁约会，这个在之前的游戏选项就已经确定好了，而且除非多存档，不然一旦选择好了，就无法在改变了。 [h1]剧情特色[/h1] 那作为一款视觉小说，游戏的剧情结构和角色的对白，都非常考验人物对白的设计，如果使用太多的形容词，就会有舞台剧的感觉，对游戏的主题有所割裂，但本作在这方面做的还是比奥好的，至少在阅读男主角和女主角之间的对话，还是很享受他们之间的甜蜜感觉，而且女主非常的可爱，同时也很喜欢宠爱女主角的男主们。 [h1]一些不足[/h1] 同时女主除了报仇外，多少还是因为男主角的吸引力让女主多少是放弃了一些报仇的力度，不过还是回到上面的问题，就是因为容量导致的在这方面，女主的心境变化，以及收到男主们潜移默化的改变，这些都没有，所以话锋一转的设计总还是有点突兀，然后就是恋爱的范围、关系这些，在游戏剧情中有关恋爱关系变化的描述也不多，说白了就是没看够。 [h1]总结[/h1] 总的来说，《恶役大小姐》中大多数的角色都有极具鲜明的特性，但在游戏里却没有深入任何一个角色有达到了解的那种程度，所以除了玩游戏可能还要配合原著小说和改变动漫共同配合食用。本身乙女恋爱这方面没有什么太多的问题，除了少，都挺好的，所以如果是想找一款有很多角色，单纯是为了恋爱、这样的游戏，可以试试本作。 [code]双语评测，认准我们： [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/35263058-Bilingual-Curator/]双语评测[/url] Make Chinese and English speaker feel at home： [url=https://store.steampowered.com/curator/35263058-Bilingual-Curator/]Bilingual Curator[/url][/code]

the TL is just not doing it for me. it is really rough and even wrong at a few points. when i play romance games i expect there to be some level of expressiveness, instead this TL is very stiff, formal, and just feels so phoned in. i think the original JP is competent but it is beyond my current command of the language. sucks because i really wanted to give this a chance

A very sweet and cozy game, I love games like this just to chill out

It's not much, but as someone who didn't read the light novel, it made me want to read it. Sadly, there are a lot of typos, but if you like the story, you aren't going to be massively impacted by them. Works fine on Steam Deck
