About
The solitary existence of a little universe is a dark fantasy visual novel about immortality, loneliness, and the search for a final end.
You awaken in absolute darkness with no memory of who you are. As consciousness returns, you find yourself in a vast, lonely desert beneath an indigo starry sky. You are immortal—cursed to exist forever by a cruel commandment that compels you to preserve your consciousness at all costs, even as you long for oblivion.
But you are not alone.
A mysterious child appears before you, curious and innocent, seeing wonder in a world you can only experience as desolate. Together, you embark on a journey across the forsaken desert toward a distant castle—a place where you hope to finally find the release from existence you so desperately seek.
Melancholic Atmosphere: Explore a hauntingly beautiful desert world filled with ancient ruins, abandoned caravans, and forgotten civilizations
Philosophical Narrative: Confront themes of mortality, consciousness, memory, and the meaning of existence
Meaningful Choices: Your decisions shape your journey and each choice will give you a different view of this mysterious world
Multiple Paths: Discover different endings based on your choices throughout the story

Brief narratively intense experience, profound and charming, with multiple endings. Top notch artwork and soundtrack
I really recommend The Solitary Existence of a Little Universe. It is one of those quiet little games that stays with you long after you finish it. You do not need to understand every detail of the story, just let yourself sink into its dreamlike world, enjoy the atmosphere, and allow the game to carry you wherever it wants.
