Revenue comes from in-game items and microtransactions, which our price-based model doesn't estimate. The player count below is how many people own it, not what they spent.

I've played other 7DS games, but this one in particular somehow managed to ruin a character like Escanor, making him one of the weakest 5-star characters, excluding the ones from the standard banner. He's basically only useful for the "Boss Challenge" against Galland. For every other boss and for "Assault" mode, investing resources into him is just a waste.
The first 50 or so hours of gameplay were a great experience. You have a huge world to explore, the story is okay, the graphics aren’t too bad, the characters seem well-developed at first glance, and the overall gameplay is fun. You’re blown away by the *Seven Deadly Sins* world. Then you start running into bugs more and more often, have less and less to do, and realize just how bad the game is. After about 100 hours of play, the game is dead. The developers are absolute trash and seem to be doing absolutely nothing. At this point, you just play the new event for 30 minutes and wait three weeks for a new update with another 30 minutes of gameplay. The gacha system is a massive cash grab—as a free-to-play player, this is horrible. There are maybe 1 or 2 positive things I can say about this game and more than 100 negative ones (if I were to list them all, the text would be too long). Summary: Don’t play this game.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Origin delivers a solid open-world experience that easily captivates fans of the series and action-RPG enthusiasts alike. What Works Well Stunning Visuals & Character Design: The character models faithfully capture the anime's aesthetic, paired with fluid, beautiful action animations. Vibrant World: The open-world environment is visually rich and expansive, making exploration enjoyable. Detailed NPCs and Monsters: Enemies and non-playable characters are well-designed with lively, natural movement rather than feeling like static placeholders. Fan Satisfaction: For fans of the anime, seeing the world and characters brought to life in full 3D is a huge draw. Areas for Improvement Technical Bugs: The game still suffers from occasional bugs and performance glitches scattered throughout. Despite the rough edges, the core gameplay loop remains completely playable and offers plenty of charm for anyone who loves the original IP or visually appealing open-world games.
