It's a fun, simple game. If you like driving around, give it a try.

Went over a mountain, ended up on the moon. 10/10 would drive to the moon again.

One of the worst games I've ever played. - Not enough ways to earn points. - Lame vehicles to drive; ALL of them are hard to steer, handle, accelerate, and get destroyed easily, even the ones from the Steam Workshop that max out all attributes. - Vehicles tend to get stuck on their side, so I can't move. - Lame weapons; the main way to get points is destroying vehicles and police cars but both weapons available are terrible at shooting, aiming and having to click on both mouse buttons to shoot is bad, too. - Too big of an open world; I'll never get those remaining Achievements regarding finding the other "special" vehicles because they're just too hard to find in such a huge sandbox. Skill issue? Play for yourself and you'll understand. - No way to tell when you go out of bounds. There's no fence or anything; just an invisible wall that I run into. - I don't even listen to the game, so the music means nothing to me. It's games like these that make me question why I bought them in the first place...
