웬만하면 HOG 재미있게 하는데 이 게임은 플레이하면서 짜증이 많이 나는 편이었고 어거지가 굉장히 심함 예로 칼로 해결되는 걸 굳이 말도 안 되는 이빨을 구해서 해결해야 하고 하나를 풀기 전까지 아이템만 계속 모으고 그 하나를 풀지 못하면 정말 답답해짐 거기에 클릭 위치가 전문가 난이도도 아닌데 굉~ 장히 정확해야 함 다른 거 다 떠나서 정말로 어처구니 없는 퍼즐과 해결 방법이 사람 짜증 나게 만듭니다. 번역도 이상한 거 많고 어거지에 어처구니 없는 HOG 게임 굉장히 비추

The Myth Seekers 2: The Sunken City provided an interesting experience after my hiatus from hidden object games. The introduction video right off the bat reminded me of Grim Legends 2: Song of the Dark Swan, partially due to some of its art style. While playing the story, I managed to notice a few positives for the game. Items can be interacted with by combining materials, and the fire torch in particular was animated. I hope Artifex Mundi could do that kind of animation for other objects. Voice acting is also not bad, but most that stood off for me was the music. The music was absolutely phenomenal for the required atmosphere of each stage. One playthrough for a 100% achievement run is also doable. However, the game is also riddled with a few flaws. Around half of the story, texts on a black screen was used for transition. While I believe the main usage of it is alright, overuse may make it seem lackluster. I don't have anything much to say about the story as I didn't indulge much into it, and I did get quite confused with the story. To make it worthwhile is to be engaging, I would rate this game a [u]7[/u] originally, but I've decided to settle for a [u]7.5/10[/u] after a three-hour total gametime. There is extra brownie points for having a nice extra story involving an cute animal. For a final game in the duology, it's not as bad, but could be better. Would still recommend nonetheless.

I wasn't impressed by the first Myth Seekers game and left it a negative review. However, this game I liked. It wasn't the most original, but I enjoyed playing it. Puzzles were easy to mid, and HO scenes were a bit on the tedious side. For instance, one scene called for a rat, but I thought what was the rat was actually a fish skeleton. But that didn't take away my enjoyment of it. Game was fun, and a great way to pass an afternoon after work on a Monday. My only wish is that they stuck to the mythology theme in the first game considering I'm a mythology nerd, and that was the only thing I did enjoy from the first game. I feel that would have made the story a bit more original. Like an Atlantis retelling with Posedian or something.

The game is amazing and well done. I enjoyed playing it also because smooth gameplay and beautiful artwork. Pros: + Music + Fast travel map
