Dollar per Minute
Is what this game costs to play once. The 5 possible successful, yet lifeless, outcomes for the "The Last Survivor" are not enough to make it through a dead soundtrack, dead graphics and dead mood. Those outcomes require making very simple choices in a monotone dialog which has been poorly translated into a very flat English text-based game which could have worked better as a DOS batch-script.
Zombies are not Enough
I love at least 2 zombie games, this is never going to be one of them. I have never really liked zombie games, zombies do not exist, you might as well make a game about Jesus. In fact that would be 100 times more interesting, but no, zombies are just dumb and a tired old recipe. Tired and over-used, adding zombies makes money for people, but when you add zombies and AI, it destroys it as a recipe. AI really sinks this game and makes it unclassifiable. There is no atmosphere or tension building, any of it is destroyed by the use of distracting AI imagery which would have worked far better as a DOS text-based game. The images are so distractingly full of lazy AI artefacts, extra legs and fingers, that the game looses any immersion it never had.
IF
If I was to make this game, I would remove the price tag and the images entirely and replace them with plain text on a graded colour background like a power-point deck almost. Just with slight changes and fades of colour for each scene-description. I would then add a soundtrack using freesounds.org or similar and hit publish. But I don't have $200 to spaff on Gabe Newel's next superyacht. For a few nice free games instead, go check out this list https://store.steampowered.com/curator/41773079-EmpathyGames/list/93017 None of them have zombies though, so maybe not.
