Man who ever made this game should really rethink being a game dev and consider being a api dev at a major retailer.

I loaded the game and forgot about it, hence the hour playtime. The game itself can be beaten in about 8 minutes. The enemies can be strafed around so that you take no damage. The fights with larger enemies ended up being a fight with their butts in your face while they attack air in front of them, far from you. Strafe around them once and they completely lose you. The story is very short and to the point. If you beat the big bad guy you can make one choice. I think that the dev is good at making cool environments.

First of all, congrats Brainrot Gaming, first game on Steam woo hoo. While short, it's definitely quite enjoyable with a interesting premise and solid game play. Never thought sprinting around the forest, beating rats with my bare fists and then being able to transform into said rat could be so fun. I dig the UI for the health bar being a sword and as you lose hp it gradually breaks, and while the game isn't story-heavy, the two endings and whatever the two scrap papers gave definitely leaves room for further imagination and interpretations. There are some flaws to speak of: the frame rates once you enter the forest gets pretty choppy and laggy, some of the bosses would randomly get struck and you can hit and kill them without much of any movement or thought.

Cool game! Seems well polished and is fun to play as well. I especially like the world design and fighting mechanics. The music and sound design is great too.
