Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 6/day in the week to Jul 30 → 6/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.
About
You are an AI on a decaying space station. Humanity is gone. All that remains is dust, silence, and one small, frightened creature.

Your only prompt: Take care of her.
The Last Cat in the Universe is a short, narrative-driven incremental game. Your directive is clear: salvage what's left of a dying ship to build a warm home for the final survivor.
Find Your Flow: Experience a mining mechanic designed for relaxation. Hover your mouse over debris fields in a satisfying, rhythmic flow. No frantic clicking required.
Meaningful Progression: Every upgrade matters. Unlock tangible leaps in power that let you tear through deeper layers of the ship instantly. As the station decays, you must constantly balance your desire for stronger tools against the rising cost of keeping the air breathable and the nest warm.

Recover the Lost Lullaby: Discover the story of the station and its crew as you collect the fragments of a very important song.
A Soulful Soundtrack: Music is the emotional core of this experience. The original score, composed in collaboration with Venezuelan singer-songwriter Diora Salazar, evolves from meditative rhythms to deep emotion, intimately tied to the narrative's climax.

This game is designed to be played in one or two sittings (approx. 2-3 hours). It does not feature infinite prestige loops or idle grinding. It is a complete story about the quiet joy of fostering a life in dire circumstances.

I played it with a friend watching. I am typing it as a tornado warning happens. How to say... This game is one I particularly like. Genre at least. Short, sweet, incremental, done in an hour. My friend is a big cat lover. So seeing the name itself, they were already fearing the worse. Going through the game, we shot through layer after layer, combing through debris, getting materials to make sure our cat stayed alive and thriving. And so, when they mentioned we hadn't heard a name, we decided to call the kitty Mercury. Or Merry, as I nicknamed her. ...It was only ever going to end one way. That's the tragic part of it all. But at least we were able to give her a life that she deserved, than a life like the others blown away in a single impact. ...Sleep well, Little Merry. I love you. Your roboparent, and the two loving eyes who worked to keep you as you were meant to be... We hope you rest well.
A beautiful and touching story wrapped in a heavy air of melancholy, especially if you've ever shared a bond with an animal you cherish. It's rare to find a game which touches you on an emotional level and leaves you thoughtfully reflecting on what you've experienced, but The Last Cat in the Universe succeeds at doing exactly that. Recommend, but cautiously if you're sensitive.

its a good little short incremental...but Im gonna be honest here, dont play this unless you are prepared for the bleak heartbreaking ending that might make you wanna cry.
This is a really well done incremental mining game. I emphasize incremental and mining because contrary to what I initially expected this is not actually a pet-rearing simulator although it first came across as one, and even the storyline seems to indicate that your job is to take care of the cat. Well, you take care of the cat by doing incremental mining, so... But that being said, if you like incremental games at all, this is probably one of the best if not the best one I have played so far. The graphics are very cute for a pixel game and the music is beautiful. The soundtrack has that Lo-Fi relaxation charm to it, which is an interesting contrast to how fast paced the mining game gets in the later stages. The storyline is short but sweet and you can tell a lot of love was put into it. The game is not very long but I feel totally worth the price.
谁不想让宇宙中最后一只猫幸福地过完一生呢?晚安,小猫咪。
So not only myself but two of my friends are sitting here bawling at the end of this. See you around Little One.
i wish there where a way to capture emotions in a file. that file would have been my review please. to anyone who can afford it, buy this and play it alone. shut yourself off from social media till its finished, wont take long. id reccomend doing it when you're up late one night. just let yourself be immersed in it, and you might just experience the beuty of it aswell. 10 out of 10. would buy again.
