Reviews
Brilliantly written and heartwarming, despite all the down moments. Definitely worth checking out if you're into well written visual novels or text adventures!
A truly wonderful game! The story is excellent and nothing short of incredibly enjoyable. All of the characters are three dimensional and interesting in all of their own rights. The mystery is engaging, as well as the horror, and I highly recommend picking this up. It's low cost, especially considering the sheer amount of enjoyment I got from playing it. Worth every penny and then some!
A delightfully frightening time. I played this as my yearly, spoopy Halloween game and loved every second of it. If the description on the store page reads like something you may enjoy, then I can only recommend this game, because it certainly delivered everything it promised in my opinion.
I finally finished my first route and this is such an amazing and beautiful horror game! It was so captivating that I couldn't help going back to look for secrets and extras, even before getting my first ending... Interesting story full of interesting characters unlike anything else I've ever played, I fully reccomend it! The only thing that could possibly make this experience even better would have been a proper Vicar Sterling route, hehe
Game breaks my heart.
。
I got extra lore for seducing a vicar 10/10 The story is engaging to see to the end and I think very rewarding on repeat playthroughs (especially with the unlockable stories in the Extras menu! I believe playing Elisa and Mona's routes once and some exploration unlock them all.) I thought it all clicked together nicely! If you enjoy sapphic romance and a well-crafted mystery, this game is more than worth it!
Before I get to any sort of review: There was SO MUCH READING! If I didn't read as fast as I do, there's no way I would have been able to finish (I broke the game up into multiple sessions). I'm all for lgbt+ content, I just could not get past how much reading there is. Now the actual review: Fantastic story and detail that went into creating the characters, the scenes and dialog. The soundtrack for the game is incredible and almost entrancing to listen to on its own. Each song that was set for each character and intense scene were beautifully selected. There are so many choices to make in addition to how many options were for each choice, I can imagine there may be room for at most 2 more rounds of playability (i.e choosing a new love interest). [tl;dr] Overall 5/10 - big points for great story, detail, and soundtrack. Points off for how much reading there is (unless that's your thing, then it's bonus points). Super long playthrough, not able to play in one sitting, not much replayability. Will still recommend this game for readers and those who love lgbt+ content!
One of the most underrated games I've played in my life. It's so cheap for what it offers, I really loved it!
It's been a little while since I last played this, so my memory might be hazy. Apologies! I definitely recommend this visual(?) novel. It has lots of choices, dividing story paths, and a great story with interesting characters to boot. The only thing to note is that, well... it's not exactly your typical "visual" novel. It's more of a visual novel in the format of a light novel. In short, you're reading a light novel and able to make branching choices. It also has some music included which, while not the most original (in some cases), it does help you get invested in the atmosphere (at least, in my case it did). There's also some "epilogue" stories you can access after finishing the game for the first time, where you can read up on various of the main characters you meet in-game. You can unlock these epilogues/backstories through actions within the main game, so keep your eye out and be sure to make plenty of saves!
