About
The game's theme:
In The Empty Eyes, you play a private detective investigating the mysterious disappearance of an influential lawyer. The game takes place in a house where every room seems to be watching you, and every silence weighs more than a scream.
As you explore, you'll discover that the lawyer was behind a series of disappearances. What begins as a routine investigation spirals into a spiral of paranoia, hidden symbols, and a presence that shouldn't exist.
Environment:
Enter a house where every corner exudes unease. The Empty Eyes immerses you in a first-person psychological horror experience, designed to make you feel the weight of loneliness and the constant threat of the invisible.
Explore endless hallways and rooms steeped in symbolism, while a supernatural presence watches you from the shadows. Architecture, sound, and darkness conspire to blur the lines between reality and imagination.
Features:
Psychological Horror: Atmospheres, tension, and a constant feeling of being followed.
Environmental Narrative: Uncover the story through objects, documents, and visual details that reward observation.
Disturbing Aesthetics: Dark, gloomy settings, visual distortions, and architecture that seems alive.
Progressive Investigation: Each clue brings you closer to a truth you might prefer not to know.
Developer's Note:
The entity that inhabits this house isn't out to physically harm you... but it may leave its mark on your mind. The Empty Eyes is designed to provoke discomfort, anxiety, and a persistent sense of surveillance. We recommend caution for those with heart conditions, a fear of the dark, or a deep fear of loneliness. This game doesn't scream, it whispers. And its whispers may stay with you.

good game , i enjoyed playing it
This could have been a great game but you can't enjoy that spooky atmosphere, the detective work and amazing jumpscares since it consists 90% of labyrinth with a ridiculous amount of rooms and corridors that all look the same and they just keep getting more and more- in which you try to find numerous codes, fuses and whatnot at once while trying to remember what you even need those for. Exhausting. Ending super short, too easy and super unspectecular as well. Too bad. :/
The Empty Eyes was not playing around. There were jump scares… and then there were JUMP SCARES. Stressful chase scenes. Back-and-forth fetch quest puzzles. A house laid out so weirdly I never felt oriented. Cobwebs everywhere. Flickering lights. And a flashlight that felt more like a polite suggestion than an actual light source. I probably should have worn a diaper — I am not kidding when I say I said “OH MY GOD” way too many times in this game. And then there’s the Amazon-level horror woman roaming the house. Sometimes just out of sight… sometimes picking me up like I weighed nothing and eat my face off. I was on edge of my seat the entire time, and I couldn’t wait to find the next note to figure out what was going on. My one small critique? It felt like I was expected to understand the backstory before it was fully explained. I genuinely wondered if I had accidentally started a sequel without realizing it. It didn’t ruin the experience — it just made me curious. Bonus point for mapping crouch to C. Minus one point because I couldn’t flush the toilet. Overall? Emotionally exhausting. Genuinely tense. Way too many OH MY GOD moments. 8 out of 10 — would absolutely recommend.
FETZIG, zum in die Hose scheißen!!
I enjoyed this but I am pretty sure I like all games from this studio so its a no brainer that I was such a fan of this game as well. I really like the atmosphere and how they didnt let you wander around for minutes before more action was around the corner and the levels really sucked you into the atmosphere of how wrong everything was. Also the story was compelling and very dark at the end.
Buen juego de terror muy buena atmosfera y una tension que no te deja respirar buen terror psicologico... MUY recomendable. Juego Completo : https://youtu.be/g841SUU2TA4
4/5 STARS: I genuinely enjoyed playing this game and my community had a lot of fun watching the jumpscares and unravelling the story. Love the work by this dev and have really enjoyed prior games. However, I have a little constructive feedback for the dev: - English Translation: The puzzle reg facing objects the correct orientation (North, west, south etc): In English west or south west is W or SW but in game I believe its in Spanish as OS and O? This tripped me up initially until my high school Spanish kicked in haha - Text on screen disappears too fast: I know the Spanish love to talk fast, but I'm Scottish and could give you a run for your money... but even on saying that, I could have used just a wee bit longer to read some of the protagonists text on screen as I missed a lot of context/ lore. Maybe let us click to confirm we've read and continue the game? - Annoying and overstimulating section: The end level reg the cult constantly making a chanting noise while doing the stealth sequence was so un-needed. I think those chants should be disabled after the first couple of seconds. I had to mute windows sound settings to complete that section of the game. Which leads me to my final piece of feedback... - Volume Settings - please let us adjust volume settings in game. Your jumpscares WERE fantastic in the game and they don't rely on you hurting our eardrums. From a streaming/ recording content POV it was really difficult and annoying to get the correct volume settings so I wasn't deafening my viewers with gameplay audio that drowned out my mic. That all said, FAB game! Big thumbs up from me, highly recommend it. I really enjoy these types of games!
nice gf chasseing horror game and puzzles
Full of great jump-scares. Be prepared to have to continually solve puzzles, and find pieces to progress through the game. I haven't finished it yet, because I can only handle a little bit at a time... it's that scary. Great sound and atmosphere.
