This is a hidden gem. Proves gameplay is more important than graphics. 9/10
A free, fast-paced one-night action shooter that respects your time
If you are looking for tight, dynamic gameplay without any fluff, The Deadline does the job exceptionally well. On top of that, it’s completely free to play, making it an absolute no-brainer to try out.
What is the game about?
You travel by train across stations, holding off waves of zombies. At every stop, your goal is to step out, locate a fuse (if I remember correctly), and return to the train to advance to the next station until you reach the final destination. For those who want extra replayability, there is an endless mode. However, the main run takes only about 30 to 60 minutes depending on your pace—you can either play it slow and easy or try to speedrun it.
Pros:
- 100% Free: Accessible, fun content with no strings attached. - Arsenal & Humor: You can pick up pretty much any weapon off the floor. The game brilliantly mixes serious guns with complete absurdity—shooting cats and burgers at zombies or shooting from a mini-tank is pure fun. - Pace & Gameplay: Gunplay feels satisfying, and searching for fuses keeps you constantly moving. - Respects Your Time: It doesn't drag out. You get a concentrated burst of fun for half an hour to an hour and leave with a great impression. - Upgrades: You can upgrade your character between stations, allowing you to keep up with the scaling difficulty.
Cons:
- Enemy Variety: There are only around 4–5 core enemy types. On later stations, difficulty scales through enemy numbers and higher health pools ("bullet sponges") rather than new mechanics.
Verdict:
- A great one-shot arcade shooter. It delivers instant fun, respects your time, and leaves a genuinely pleasant aftertaste. 8/10 — highly recommended, especially since it costs nothing!

What, is this some kind of DeadLine
You can actually kill zombies with fast food! They gotta add weapons like that to Killing Floor and Left 4 Dead ASAP.
A bit too chaotic and haphazard for my taste.
oloco pense num joguin frenético, cê tá doido
Quick fun rogue lite esc game with funny weapons and fast action. 8.5/10
Overall a complete blast of a game, it really adds a sense of pressure to the fast pace this game provides, and in a way that is definitely well balanced with the amount of zombies being thrown at you, and the ridiculous legendary weapons! I already made a gameplay on my channel around this game! So best see my overall reactions to it! Overall! Love this Games!
