На этом этапе вся игра перед нами раскрылась: гриндите, апгрейд города, повторяем, после на каком-то этапе будет конец игры. Игра весит многовато, но графика прямо-таки отдаёт мобильным геймингом, ладно хоть саундтрек более-менее терпимый. Мусор.

I gave it the good 'ol college try for a few hours, but nearly the entire time I found myself thinking "can I be done now?" Here's how the The Chronicles of King Arthur Plays: You click Play, get a bit of story, complete several puzzles to get resources to unlock the next snippet of story, rise, repeat, continue. Match up 3 of the same object, matching more will earn you bonus points which can be spent on special abilities, the higher the count, the more powerful the ability. You can remove one object, clear out a 3 by 3 grid, a row, a column, or all of one type of object currently visible. Andddd that's it, occasionally the objects to be matched change out, and sometimes spiders drop down and spin webs and lock objects in place, but after an hour of play the game got repetitive and lost my interest quickly. [b]Conclusion:[/b] You can snag more colorful and interesting matching games for free, on your phone or even just play bejeweled in your browser... I had friends who installed an addon for World of Warcraft and would play bejeweled while waiting for raids to start! The World isn't starved for matching games. If this was a first time project, good on the developer! Thanks for sending my steam curator a free copy of the game, but The Chronicles of King Arthur just really didn't hold my interest at all. You play Arthur starting his journey to claim his rightful throne, improving the country and the lives of its citizens as he goes. Collect various materials in the levels and you can buy towns, ports and other infrastructure for the people. These act as the story beats for the game, each time you buy/open an area, you get a nicely animated and fully voiced scene. The VO ranges from quite good to pretty average in the case of one main character! Also, Arthur's mum looks quite young to have an adult son! The 74 levels are where you'll spend most of your time and this is a very high-quality experience. The graphics are lovely and sharp and the game is clearly designed for PC, not a bare-bones mobile port. Standard Match-3 stuff occurs, blocks that need to be broken first, blocks that need to be moved from the top to the bottom to collect and plenty of abilities that charge up over time when you match 4 or above. These do regenerate a little slow at times especially when you're down to the last block in a difficult position and you're endlessly matching 4+ trying to gain access to the most basic ability. The game also has two modes, with and without a time limit. The time pressure is pretty tight at times so you can't dawdle in this mode. It's difficult to do something truly unique or new with a match-3 game but with the high-quality sound, graphics and story King Arthur Episode 1 compares very favourably to the best of the genre.

Was schon direkt beim Start positiv auffällt, ist die Unity-Engine typische Auswahl an Auflösung und Qualitätsstufen. Das ist mal selten, die meisten solcher Spiele besitzen sowas nicht. Das Spiel sieht grafisch auch sehr gut aus. Was hier noch untypisch ist, das Spiel besitzt eine Geschichte. Die ist zugegebenermaßen unspektakulär, aber immerhin vorhanden, was eine gewisse Abwechslung bietet. Das ganze ist sehr schön gestaltet und wird als gezeichnete Bilder mit Ton präsentiert, die Gespräche sind komplett vertont, was noch ein Pluspunkt ist. Wir müssen, um in der Geschichte voranzukommen, in jedem Level eine bestimmte Anzahl an Kacheln zerstören und auch mal eine Menge bestimmter Ressourcen sammeln. Die Hilfswerkzeuge laden sich durch das bilden von 4+ Ketten und sind oft auch sehr hilfreich und auch mal von Nöten. Zwischen den Leveln wird uns ein Baumenü präsentiert, dort können wir unsere gesammelten Ressourcen (entsprechende Voraussetzungen müssen erfüllt werden) in Bauwerke und Meilensteine verwandeln. Ersteres erzeugt immer mehr Spannung (oder auch Stress), da man nicht unendlich Zeit hat und taktisch vorgehen sollte. Soweit, so gut, klingt alles vertraut. Aber das Spielen an sich wird relativ schnell etwas langweilig. Eine gewisse Routine stellt sich normal immer bei solchen spielen ein, hier fehlte mir zu sehr der Komboeffekt und die damit oft in solchen Spielen verbundenen Kettenexplosionen. Üblicherweise rutschen bei solchen Spielen Steine von oben nach, über gesperrte Steine drüber, wodurch sich Kombos ergeben und man auch relativ gut auch Bewegung in den zu engen Ecken bekommt, hier nicht. Es werden unter dem gesperrten Stein neue gebildet und das starre Gebilde oben bleibt dadurch erhalten. Das ist sogar mit der Zeit etwas nervig. The Chronicle of King Arthur – Episode 1: Excalibur is a casual match 3 game developed by e-FunSoft Games and Published by HH-Games. In this game, you’ll be playing Arthur, and your goal will be to defeat the false king and his dragon and become the new king. The game has five chapters with over 70 levels. There are two main phases in this game. The first one is the map of Britannia which you can scroll to the left or to the right by hovering over the arrows located on the right and left side of your screen. It’s also where the tale will be narrated, and you will need to unlock five small cutscenes per chapter to reach the next point of the story. However, you’ll need to collect a certain number of items to play these cutscenes, which you can do by playing the match 3 levels. To successfully win a level, you must collect all items displayed above the grid. In the first couple of levels, you can take as long as you want because there is no time limit. As you progress through the game, a time limit will come into play (very lenient by the way). There are six abilities and an energy sphere on the left side of the screen. Each time you match three items, it will send a small amount of energy into the sphere so you can activate one of these abilities. When you match 4, 5 or 6 items, double energy will make its way to the sphere as a bonus. You’ll need a small amount of energy to activate the axe ability, but it will only destroy one tile, while the barrel of explosives will destroy a large number of tiles but will need a full sphere of energy to activate. I like the grid variety, and as you progress throughout the game new items will be introduced, as well as few little obstacles. The first obstacles are tiles with one or two chains. What it means is that you can’t select or move that specific tile unless you break the chain. To do so, that particular tile must be part of a match three to break the chain, and this process must be duplicated twice if the tile has two chains. The other obstacles are these cute spiders that keep popping up on the top of the grid and trying to spiderweb one or more tiles. If they are successful, you’ll need to do a match three or use the axe ability to destroy the web. You can catch these little cuties by matching three items as they walk on one of those three tiles. Nice, colourful graphics. The music is ok but can become annoying after a while. We can turn it off, (thank god for that)! Nice cutscenes and fun casual game to play. It will take you around 9 hours to finish the game. Güzel bir hikaye ile birleştirilmiş hoş bir eşleştirme oyunu. Zaman geçirmek için sevdiğim bir tür. Ancak bu tarz oyunlar için bu oyunun ve devam oyununun vitrin fiyatı oldukça yüksek. Kaldı ki oyunlar sırasında sürekli kendini tekrar eden bir ortaçağ müziği var ve ortalama 6 saat süren bir oyun için bir süre sonra aynı şarkıyı dinlemek fazlasıyla sinir bozucu oluyor. Oyundan bahsedecek olursam; klasik King Arthur hikayesini herkes bilir. Amacınız eşleştirmeler yaparak topladığınız itemleri önce ordunuzu sonra krallığınızı güçlendirmek için kullanmak. Klasik eşleştirme oyunlarının aksine 4lü veya 5li patlatmalarda özel taş kazanmak yerine puan biriktiriyor ve özel taş diye nitelendirdiğim itemleri istediğiniz alanda kullanabiliyorsunuz. 6/10

recomendado para desestrezarse, tiene una buena historia bien fiel a la leyenda del rey arturo. para los que intentan ejecutar el juego y no resposden las teclas y raton ejecuten el juego como administrador y todo ira bien... hasta ahora no he tenido ningun crasheo por parte del juego... el unico punto negativo que le veo es que no esta en español... nada mas.
