About

The only way out is through.
What started as a quiet night camping with friends has become a found-footage nightmare. Military jets roar overhead. A distant siren cuts through the silence. Drawn to a seemingly abandoned bunker for safety, the doors slam shut behind you. Now, you are trapped in the dark, forced to navigate the decaying corridors, uncover the truth behind a long-forgotten experiment, and survive the horrors lurking within.
The Bunker is a short PSX-style, VHS horror experience (~60 mins) that blurs the line between reality and nightmare. Grainy, distorted visuals, realistic first-person movement, and an oppressive atmosphere pull you into an immersive psychological horror experience. Every flicker of your flashlight could reveal something you wish you hadn’t seen. Cryptic notes line the walls, remnants of a failed experiment—and something else is still lurking in the shadows.
Will you unravel the bunker’s secrets, survive its horrors, and discover the fate of your friends?

VHS Horror Aesthetic: Distorted visuals, analog grain, and eerie found-footage presentation heighten the fear.
Immersive First-Person Perspective: Realistic camera movement pulls you deeper into the nightmare.
Unravel a Dark Experiment: Cryptic messages, unsettling remnants, and a growing sense of unease drive the mystery The Bunker keeps.
Atmospheric Sound Design: Echoing footsteps, distant whispers, and unsettling silence keep you on edge.
Psychological Horror: The terror isn't just what you see—it’s what you think is there.
хочешь милый, маленький хоррор перед сном? играй в The Bunker
An ok game I suppose story wise though there were a few problems like Ben going into the house I think but when the sirens go off he is no where to be seen & 2 weeks later when the main character is starving they say they can't find any food but then not too far away from the bed they get a can of food. Another thing is every single door saying it needs a key when they don't only a few doors do and it would of been better to have those says its jammed or something. The game is also very short 20 to 30 mins maybe more could of been done with the prototype entity and before I forget an ammo counter for the shotgun would of been nice as well Overall the game is ok and I enjoyed it but just keep in mind that it is very short https://youtu.be/B4Kgric4mRs

Short, enjoyable indie horror game. The story was straightforward and easy to follow. The game mechanics were simple. You can turn the VHS filter off, which I did, and the game still looks great. Sound design had me nervous that something might pop out at any moment. The sewer section could've been more tense; maybe I was just too good at finding the exit quickly? I played the demo during Next Fest, got left on a cliffhanger, and was happy to return to play the full game. My only disappointment is that the game ended on another cliffhanger :( My playthrough: https://youtu.be/lCR1OL70m90?si=QzkG_Rzp8f2bPS6k
Short and good game. I don’t get the hate. It’s a 2-dollar game and the experience matches that price.
"Enjoyable game I like that you can choose original or VHS (Retro) style for graphics nice touch The inventory is a learning curve Graphics are nice , enjoyable , should players who like retro indie games try it "Absolutely". Quick game for a Sunday afternoon.
simple and sweet, everything you can expect from an indie horror game. well worth the few bucks- i particularly liked the map layout/design with this one, something about it just fits the vibe, & that little "red light green light" section was pretty neat too anyway, id recommend :)
– You enter a bunker. – You “explore” the bunker. – You read some poorly written notes. – You die repeatedly to some fast-moving creepy_smile.png. – You eventually make your way out of the bunker. – The end. The ending credits labelled this “to be continued,” despite offering nothing worth continuing. It wasn’t worth paying for, and it wasn’t worth playing.
Just had my first session and I'm loving it
