weird game... the only winning move is not to play

A Bugged Shortcoming. The Alchemist's House falls disappointingly short of expectations. The game is riddled with bugs, breaking immersion at every turn. With minimal content and a lack of meaningful gameplay, it feels more like a poorly executed concept than a finished product. To top it off, it can be beaten in a mere 15 minutes, leaving players wondering why they bothered. Overall, it’s a frustratingly hollow experience that fails to justify even a short playthrough. I can not in all good conscience say his is a good game. It isn't. It's incredibly short with incredibly little to do or see before you reach the ending. But what is here is not terrible either. Rather this game wears what it is on it's sleeve: a home-made game that was made for the fun of it, and that shows through. For a free game, you could do far worse then this.

Pues, es un juego de un desarrollador amateur, si bien no es el mejor tampoco es el peor ademas es GRATIS (he visto cosas peores de paga). Puntos negativos: - Sonidos de pasos malos - Voces malas y en el caso de nuestro personaje inexistentes - No dice lo q realmente necesitas para correr el juego en Steam - Animaciones malas - Historia floja pero bueno es una experiencia de 30 minutos aprox no se puede pedir mucho. Puntos Positivos: - Da miedo, es realmente extraño el juego y jugando con buen sonido, audifonos y a oscuras te puede generar un buen miedo. - Las ilustraciones del diario y este mismo en si es bueno y ayuda a ambientar un poco. - La premisa es interesante e inusual asi q punto por originalidad. - Ya dije q es extraño y llega a dar miedo pero los monstruos tambien son buenos en el aspecto de como estan creados (apariencia) omitiendo a la mujer esa si es meh. Le doy un 5.5/10, lo recomiendo como una experiencia amateur por si quieres probar cosas nuevas, fuera de eso no ofrece mucho pero igual es gratis y no siento q alla sido una perdida de tiempo asi q esta bien. Espero q la desarrolladora alla sacado nuevas y mejores experiencias de terror o este mismo juego pero mas completo por q siendo sinceros se sintio como una demo para algo grande y le veo futuro, dicho esto no hay mas que decir este juego, pueden leer mis otras reseñas de mas juegos, Gracias por leer :3

Всё ещё не понимаю, почему в стиме нет нейтральной оценки, потому что это тот самый случай... Эта игра представляет из себя короткий хоррор-фильмец, в котором за игрока прыгают, приседают, прячутся и в целом проходят всю игру. Даже пугаются тут сами, игроку оставили лишь возможность совершать ошибки, чтобы умереть. Хотя я такой возможностью пользоваться не стал, уж слишком очевидно, что придётся всё перепроходить и заново смотреть все кат-сцены без возможности скипнуть. Простите, не нужно мне подобного удовольствия, я уже достаточно оценил всю криповость мужчины из начала игры, который на ушко прошептал о том, как мне повезло. Да-да, я понял это, дядя, можно больше такого не вытворять? Графика неплохая, управление простое, со звуком есть некоторые проблемы... Не хватает настроек чувствительности/яркости или чего-то в этом роде (зато вот сохранения запихнуть смогли, круто!). Сюжет очевиден и этим скучен, но это приемлемо для того, чтобы занять себя на 20-30 минут.
