Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0/day in the week to Aug 22 → 0.14/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,400 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

Tons of fun. Everything explodes! Silliness abounds. If you liked castle crashers and adventure time, this sits just about in-between.
the art is amazing but the combat feels very janky and it's way to easy and repetitive
The story is really funny and the controls, though a bit weird, are adaptable
A Weirdly Charming Platformer That Doesn’t Take Itself Seriously
I didn’t expect The Adventure Pals to be this fun, but it ended up being one of those games that wins you over just by being unapologetically weird. From the start, it throws you into a colorful world where you’ve got a giraffe for a best friend and everything feels like it was designed with humor first, logic second. Gameplay-wise, it’s a mix of platforming, light combat, and exploration. You jump between platforms, fight enemies, collect items, and move through levels that are pretty well designed overall. It’s not super challenging most of the time, but it keeps things engaging by constantly introducing small changes, new enemies, different level layouts, or mechanics that slightly shake things up. What I liked most is how smooth everything feels. Movement is responsive, combat is simple but satisfying, and the pacing never really drags. It’s the kind of game you can just pick up and enjoy without overthinking anything. There’s also a steady sense of progression with upgrades and collectibles, which gives you a reason to keep going beyond just finishing levels. The humor is a big part of the experience. It’s random, sometimes a bit dumb, but in a good way. The game doesn’t try to tell a serious story, it just leans into its own absurdity. Sometimes it lands, sometimes it doesn’t, but overall it gives the game a lot of personality. That said, it’s not perfect. The gameplay, while solid, doesn’t go very deep. After a while, you start to notice that you’re doing a lot of the same things, just in slightly different environments. It doesn’t really evolve into something more complex, which might leave some players wanting more challenge or variety. Also, while the humor is fun, it can feel a bit repetitive or forced at times. If it doesn’t click with you, it might actually take away from the experience instead of adding to it. Visually, the game looks great for what it is. The art style is colorful, clean, and full of personality. Everything is easy to read, and the animations add a lot to the overall charm. Audio is solid too. The music fits the tone of the game well, and sound effects complement the action without being distracting. It’s not groundbreaking, but it does its job nicely. Overall, it’s a well-made indie platformer that focuses on being fun and accessible rather than complex. It doesn’t try to reinvent the genre, but it executes its ideas really well and keeps things entertaining from start to finish.
