Tales From The Under-Realm: Hazel

Good story. You do know it is a thieves or thieves' guild and not thief's guild, right? There is no guild if there is only one thief. I feel bad for the Nameless God.

This is highly enjoyable yuri visual novel, I like that the story has considerably dark tone and overall is serious, while atmosphere of the setting is heavy, but there is barely any drama elements. Characters are written well, protagonist Hazel and main characters Sasha and Tori have bunch of secrets and different deep personalities. Yuri romance with them is greatly embedded into story, because this will decide their fates as well as your own one. Plot is not that simple, has definitely some twists and good complications in it. I won't call this novel short, if you will consider it has the 2 distinct routes for Sasha and Tori, with 2 subroutes, each having its own events development; and also dark alone ending. Visuals are nice to eyes, this anime substyle is pleasant for me, quality is great, yet designs and scenery are quite common. Musical accompaniment is just awesome with some emotional tracks. Writing and language are nice, but for me personally narrator is excessive, taking into account that Nameless God is also fond of commenting on our adventure. H patch is here for free, and it will bring you 4 beautiful scenes, with clear understanding of female on female aesthetics, but I find them somewhat hasty, still, the overall quality is up to good level as a main game.

Sweet but short. I'd wish it were longer, but still worth a play through.

Greetings to anyone who reads this. I shall get straight to the point: -> Nice and simple story (not too simple though in terms of wording); -> Characters are nice (nothing too surprising here either) both in terms of art and well... characters; -> It could have contained more music... the final song is nice although sounds a bit too generic for the lore and story; -> The title is not too overcomplicated with so much mainstream drama nowadays or something like that. It is a simple yet enjoyable story with characters fitting in it nicely. Good VN for a day (or night, you naughty human).

As a fan of yuri dating sims and of Winter Wolves' Aravorn game world, this was a guaranteed purchase. The format is interesting, and the Tales From the Under-Realm prefix leads me to think that they are considering using the same frame structure for more such games, which could work well to allow the world-building I've come to expect from Winter Wolves.

Amazing character design, a little off when it came to kisses during Tori's route (They characters had thier eyes open during some of thier kisses, which made the scenes a little weird). Beautiful background, the song for the special scenes is just WONDERFUL (will listen to it out of the game). In general, it was a pretty cool story, love the different personalities of each character. I'll personally give it a 8.5/10. I truly enjoyed it.
