The game is good, but this practice of pushing out the fixes as a new game is all that is wrong with Paradox and the gaming industry in general. It's a scummy thing to do to not only fix the game and then force the original buyers to purchase it again, but to also remove the original game from the store? That's just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ move. Between this and the buggy AF DLCs for Victoria 3, I do not know if I would buy anything from Paradox anytime soon. Support indie devs, they at least listen to the players.

Yeah... so... I do like this game as it scratches a certain itch at times. I think I've played it more over on Epic than here on Steam because I owned it first over there. I got it on Steam with a bundle from Humble and I tinker every so often with it here. But my issue isn't with the game persay... it's with Paradox Interactive. My how they have fallen over the last 10-15 years and become as greedy as EA. They used to be a good company but now it's all about DLCs and milking titles for every penny. So they delist this game and "relaunch" it into a new game with a few flashy additions. Jack the price up and try to bilk everyone to basically buy the game again. Don't get me wrong, you still get to keep this copy, but it's no longer for sale and you now have to go buy the more expensive "relaunch"... and all the DLCs that come with it of course. It's just bad business practice. The people who lead Paradox really need to sit down and reflect on their life choices.
It's a catch 22 ..like the game yet hate the game at the same time... The greedy pigs at paradox want ya money again even tho you already have purchased an original copy ,a nice money grab for a relaunch is the key marketing scheme behind most modern devs these days.. look I'm not against the game what so ever the game itself is pretty sweet. Its just the principals behind there ridiculous rehash reskinned ideas..what a load of absolute horse dung so your expecting people to buy the game again are yous nuts...piss poor effort informing people who already had it in there library's you detestable arrogant money grabbing rodents.... maybe yous should of invested in ashs of creations money scheme instead ..pathetic..

Cool concept but endgame lacks substance. Could use some polish and variety. At the end all my domes looked the same and there was no incentive to diversify.

I loved City Skylines. I love Kerbal.. this seemed like a no brainer.... I have tried, at least half a dozen times, to get into this, i fully accept my own limitations and ADHD whatever, but I can not seem to get to the 'now i'm having fun' part. And I've played tons o games like this. Total War is a big win for me, but the latest Pharaoh is not too dissimilar. You're milage may vary but I'm gonna go watch some YT vids and see if i can get into it, it looks fun (and hard) but i just can't get into it.
