Interesting concept, free to play, so I gave it a shot. Unfortunately it's just too janky. The controls were only listed for one type of controller but I did manage to figure it out on my Quest. Theoretically the controls are simple; pick up tools, use them, fix them in place, etc. I appreciate that the game seemingly wants to make you use extremely fine movements like in real surgery, but this becomes a problem of the game. I couldn't make fully clean incisions. There would always be some mesh that refused to separate, blocking my view of what I needed to do. Eventually, I got to a point where I simply couldn't cut at all, and somehow got a game over when I tried regardless. I failed about 5 times, restarting from square one each time, before I gave up. The game is also extremely low res and laggy, and I couldn't find any settings for that. Basically, cool concept, but I'm not sure it's fully working at the moment.
