geek ass ptw game, i used to play this back in school and i conquered mozambique and some other country, just for some ptw chud dork to bomb my country overnight because i had to wait 20000 irl days to produce one tank while he paid money to fast forward and get 200 jets, delete this game from steam cuz its a ♥♥♥♥ disgrace

I was having a lot of fun in this game ... until i woke up one morning and found my enemy had completed an impossible amount of construction in one night, needless to say the pay to win element in this game is insane and will almost certainly kill it in the long run. Dev's should look into other sources of potential funding so they can profit while keeping the game alive long term.
Yet another game with more potential than the dev's will ever know. However, this game is extremely pay to win, and no matter what, someone win put a ♥♥♥♥ ton of money into winning one match. I did it once, and deleted the game after. This game definitely is addicting, especially once you make your first purchase, it just goes down hill from there. Fun....Yeah...., but terrible for your wallet.
Conflict of Nations: World War 3 has the potential to be one of the best modern war strategy games available. The real-time gameplay makes every decision feel meaningful, and I enjoy that it requires actual strategy instead of just rushing units. I also like that it incorporates real military vehicles and equipment, which adds to the immersion and makes the game feel more authentic. Unfortunately, the biggest issue with the game is how heavily it leans toward pay-to-win mechanics. On an even playing field, the game is incredibly fun, but premium content completely changes that. The biggest offenders are the Elite Units. These units typically cost between **$30 and $60** to unlock, and many of them are significantly stronger than anything in the standard research tree. Some have abilities like **stealth**, which normally wouldn't be a problem if every player had access to reliable stealth detection. However, in many situations you simply can't unlock the necessary technology to detect them in time. In one of my most recent games, I had to watch **25 days of progress** disappear because another player attacked me with stealth units that I couldn't see or fight back against. There was essentially no counterplay, which made the loss feel frustrating rather than deserved. Some Elite Units are also simply overpowered. Units like the **Iron Tide** naval ship, along with several elite ground units, have much higher health and damage than their standard research-tree counterparts. This creates an unfair advantage that can't realistically be overcome through better strategy alone. Overall, I genuinely enjoy Conflict of Nations and think its real-time gameplay, strategic depth, and realistic military theme make it one of the best strategy games available. However, the pay-to-win elements—especially Elite Units—hold it back from being great. If the developers focused on keeping everyone on a more even playing field, the game would be far more enjoyable and victories would feel earned. As it stands, if a player who has invested heavily in Elite Units ends up in your match, you can almost guarantee they'll dominate the late game. Even if you don't lose outright, it often makes the endgame much less enjoyable and takes away the satisfaction of competing on equal terms.
since the begining the still cant put a Capital city of Scotland lool
do you like unbalanced matchmaking where you get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ in the ass by max level veterans who always seem to be billionaires? then you should absolutely play this awesome game, trust me 2 days in the match you will want to nuke the living ♥♥♥♥ out of other coalition's actual houses cause my teamates always seem to be doing the opposite of helping you me or the match. 10/10
If this review had been done earlier, like in 2024, or 2025 I might have recommended it. But now I wouldn't. I understand the game is having slow progress, thats how its supposed to be in these kind of games. But with last years updates, they turn it extremely pay to win. Like some mf's just gonna pay for faster supplies, faster armies and they are gonna invade your country for hours or even less! Its not fun anymore
