Supraland

I 100% the game which is something I almost never do. The puzzles and combat are fun but the platforming is where this game really shines. Half my playtime was just jumping around trying to get to places that I shouldn't be able to. Its pretty cheap on sale and gives a pretty decent amount of play time.

About 11 hours into the game, and 7 years after it was originally released, and this is a very fun first person open world puzzle game that I waited way too long to finally jump into. The gameplay loop will keep players entertained because the game frequently throws new ways to solve the puzzles ahead of you. It's very 3d metroidvania-esque in design, so you'll have to do quite a bit of exploring. You're also rewarded for exploration very frequently, as there are a lot of secret areas in this game to find. The game is also very colorful, making it a treat to look at too. Lastly, the game has a ton of hilarious pop culture references and easter eggs that make discovery even more satisfying. This game is an easy recommend, especially at the sale price of $3.99.

super fun and simple and the second part

Nowadays, there are actually a decent amount of first-person metroidvanias that feel close to this one, and holistically the experience can be very uneven and unpolished at times, but this game is both still cool and fun to play and also incredibly inventive and unique for when it released.

(game not complete and dropped at 2.2 hours of gameplay at time of review, part of my review all my games effort) (short version) A fun 1st person adventure game that I only dropped because sadly I had no idea where I was in the game after a hiatus and didn't want to start at the beginning again. I completely recommend not playing something else if you're playing this game. Highly enjoyable; $20 is the right price for what you get.
