About
Super Gorilla Quest is an RPG about saving the world from humanity. In it, you play as a gorilla, alongside an orangutan, a chimp, and a bonobo, as you venture through various natural and man-made locations to stop humankind's plan. What plan? I guess you'll have to play to find out.
You, a gorilla in the jungle, awaken to find various workers cutting down the trees you live by. After defeating them, you discover a worldwide plot by the elite to secure humanity's grasp around the world. By what means? Something terrible. It's a spoiler, I think. But rest assured that it's not good, and as a team of apes, you must stop it at all costs.
Super Gorilla Quest is a turn-based RPG with light exploration and puzzle elements at the core. The gameplay involves exploring areas, finding items, and killing enemies and bosses. As the game goes along, the combat gets increasingly involved and requires some effort to do well. Revolutionary.

I played it, struggled with a few bits, had a lot of fun, and realized at the very end that it was hard because i had it on the second hardest difficulty, but soon shrugged it off because it was still a 100000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000000/0.1 game and it was worth every minute to play

great graphics
I had no expectations going into this besides being recommended to play it. I'm actually really blown away! It's an extremely solid RPG game about apes saving the world from ecological destruction. The writing is charming and witty and the gameplay a lot of fun. The music was also pretty good! Some songs have gotten stuck in my head, others forcefully lodged themselves in my head the way a power drill to the ear would. ... By which I mean, a few of the songs are pretty grating. Which I don't mind, but some might. I think it's also worth noting; the dev clearly knows ape! I like how each of the playable character's skills are reflective of aspects and behaviors associated with their respective species. This game also features fictionalized cameos of some famous IRL apes! Very cool. Basically: if you like apes and monkes or just animals and nature in general, you should play this game.

This game was the Super Gorilla Best...
A very solid original rpg. The writing is very clever and funny and we love the characters. There’s a lot of achievements too, great for an achievement hunter
Battles require strategic planning and execution, especially in harder gamemodes, and it never feels like it is the game's fault for your loss in a battle, which is key in an RPG like this. You can never just spam your way through a battle, but the battles that you fight are varied and unique enough to the point that the quantity of battles doesn't take away from the experience. Fun aesthetic and unique story, can't wait for the sequel.
the super gorilla quest was the friends we made along the way
