About
Sunday School is a short psychological horror inspired by surreal titles like The Exit 8 an P.T. Step into a distorted world born from children’s drawings.
In 30–60+ minutes of tense, immersive gameplay, you’ll descend through haunting visions that blur the line between innocence and nightmare.
You are trapped in a child’s mind, where trauma takes the form of a looping Sunday School corridor, you must distinguish normal rooms from those tainted by disturbing anomalies. Only by choosing correctly you can break the loop.
Choose wrong exit from the room, and the cycle begins again.
Pay close attention to the signs guiding your way, and descend through all eight floors to uncover the unsettling truth that waits below.
The story doesn't end with just one playthrough.
Replay the game to find all the anomalies.
Each anomaly is a key that brings you closer to the truth.
There are three main endings.

After playing Odd Dorable (another game from this dev) I was really curious what horror those silly drawings can really brings, and it delivers, it has this weird creepy feeling to it. And this games if free, it has three endings (got only two, still looking for secret one), and it plays great, such a good job for a free game.
Sunday School is one of those rare indie gems that sneaks up on you—equal parts absurd, unsettling, and surprisingly clever. It’s a game that starts off weird and just keeps getting weirder, but in the best possible way cause that's the whole point of reaching the end. Imagine walking into what feels like a slightly offbeat Sunday school class, only to slowly realize you’re actually in the middle of a surreal fever dream. The real hook is that this game keeps you thinking. Every time you think you've seen all it has to offer, it throws something completely unexpected your way. There’s this persistent feeling that you’ve missed something. Humor is a big part of what makes Sunday School work. It’s never afraid to be completely ridiculous. The scares aren’t constant, but they’re there, sprinkled in just enough to keep your nerves a little raw. It’s not horror, exactly, but you’ll definitely feel your heart rate spike once or twice. All in all, Sunday School is funny, a little creepy, and oddly addictive. It’s the kind of game that makes you second-guess what you just saw, wanting to come back to check again, only to discover something you definitely didn’t notice the first time. And that 8th floor? Ooohhh trust me, you’ll be going back couple of times :P

Very easy, very short, and fun. I just wish I could find the secret ending
A legit good twist on Exit 8 Also children scare me
玩法和八番出口一样,游戏画风很抽象导致我记了好久,好评,不懂英文也不影响玩
As a lover of anomaly games such as I'm on Observation Duty and Exit 8, I would NOT recommend this game. The art style is creative, but when you're trying to tell what is or is not an anomaly, it's not very helpful when trying to tell chicken scratch from an actual anomalies apart. There also is no way of telling what is an actual anomaly. I went back and forth on the same level multiple times and only once somehow got to floor 7, but had no clue how or why. The only good thing I can really say is, at least it's free.
Не плохая игра про аномалии. Проходиться в принципе легко, все аномалии не скрытые прям.
Interesting game. I got the good and bad endings so that's plus. I like anomaly games like Exit 8 and Ten Bells. This was unique, mostly from the art style. Good things I liked and noticed were that the jumscares weren't annoying, and the anomaly finding required a good eye for detail on some, like the anomaly at the foggy widow (I think window) on the wall in the hall. It was nice to see a game unafraid to use absurd art style. It added a sense of unease, like you know its ridiculous but it keeps you unsure of what might happen, trigger that unknown dread. Another good point was the sounds were eerie, which was amplified from the ambient soundscape. The only critique I have is that some anomalies were hard to tell apart from the game itself.
The missing floor I was unsure if it was a game glitch or a legit anomaly. So, I gambled it was, which I was right but I can see it being confusing.
Aside from that, I had no idea how to close the game out once I got the bad ending. It might just be my system, but it felt like I was stuck in hell. If that was the intent, it was a good psychological twist to the bad ending. Overall, since it was free, it was fun and good for passing time. Floor 8 was brutal to get passed, The game is already creepy, evoking that fear of the uncanny and unknown, and it would be more unsettling with a few anomalies being tweaked to fit the art style more like the anomaly I mentioned in the spoiler.
I will admit at first i hated the game due to how i couldn't figure out the anomalies and stuff, but after i actually figured it out and found out that this was made by just one person, it's outstanding with what you got with this game. I think somethings with it can be improved like the movements and all that but generally since this is a one person project i do recommend playing.
