About
Eldritch gods. Cosmic horrors. Things beyond our understanding.
To merely gaze upon their form is to abandon all hope.
Or so they say. I've never seen anything I haven't been able to understand and explain clearly.
A comet has crash-landed in the middle of your living room! You feel its sinister pull, begging you to feed it… Against your better judgement, you give in to Hheily, a sentient comet who can shapeshift into anything– including a hot babe!
Though she may have a gentle nature, she hasn’t come to your planet by accident. What are you willing to sacrifice to win a kiss from the steamiest chick this side of the galaxy?
You’re not the only one who feels Hheily’s call: plants grow wild, colors around you intensify, and animals mutate. Her presence soon draws unwanted visitors that are desperate to feel the heat of her flame– at any cost. Worse yet, something malevolent from beyond space and time has followed her trail, lurking in the encroaching darkness.
Left without the energy to sustain herself, Hheily asks you to feed her flame and save the planet. But are you up to the task of blazing Hheily back to full strength before her fire is snuffed out? Can you win the heart of the girl who's shown you that reality is more than meets the eye?

If you were a fan of their other games you are sure to enjoy this one too. There are some complaints for the game being short, I suspect they got a single ending and called it a day, there are several, and honestly it took me more than one run to figure out HOW to manipulate events and find new variables to further affect the outcomes. I had a good time figuring out each of the endings and getting all of the achievements. Here's to hoping they come out with more good work in the future!
This game is certainly different from the other two in the series. After playing the demo, I thought it would be a mix of the previous mechanics we saw. Sadly, that wasn't the case. I was hoping for a ritual book and a lot of exploration. The dialogue system could have been more impactful; for me, it just changes the dialogue most of the time. The puzzles are still great, and finding all the endings is fun at first. The art and humor are still amazing. Unfortunately, the characters aren't as memorable as those in Date to Die For or First Date. Which was what made me fall in love with those games and Hhleily's personnality only gets interesting at the end of the game. The main character is not bad but definitely not as good as the previous ones. So basically, I had huge expectations, and the results were above average. I'd give it a 7/10 and recommend it to anyone who has played the other two games. In my opinion, Date to Die For was so huge that it would have been difficult to make something better. The game is still lovely.

I really liked this game (I haven't yet completed it to 100% but I fully plan to) just wanted to give a few thoughts that mattered to me personally in no particular order. Art: I love the art, it is wonderful (Nothing more to say here, I just really liked the art) Stability: Day one launches for the SFL games have been rough, I am very happy to say that this time it was not the case. I have run into, at most, one or MAYBE two bugs. I am just very happy with this and I want to give credit where it is due. Good job on your day one launch! Gameplay: Let me start by saying I am really happy that the developer does not want to do exact same thing over and over. But the risk of doing something different is that it sometimes will not land as well. I like the branching feel of it, I liked the evaluation I got at the end (I do not go to the bathroom too much, thank you, Hheily) but the pacing can feel a bit jarring at times. Either things happen/resolve too fast, or nothing is happening and you kinda just have to sit and look at the meteor(ite) and feed it blank objects cause you have no clue what to do now. Though I personally preferred the story from the previous two games, this was still a very good entry. MC: MC this time around just didn't click with me. Maybe I just don't get it. I liked Darling and Stardust more but that is a minor thing in the grand scheme of things. Overall: While there are certain aspects of this game I thought were quite creative, and the branching actions you take do sometimes feel pretty cool (when they work out), the gameplay loop and story (that I've played so far) have clicked with me the least of the three games but I still really enjoyed it and I easily recommend it.
A bit of a disappointing play, especially in comparison to the first two. From what I read online there was a change in the development team, but that doesn’t change the fact that there were a variety of decisions made that made this a less then enjoyable play. the lack of a choices/progress tree made it a lot harder to see all the content, and required me to use the achievements to see all the endings, which led to replaying things over and over again in order to get the right choices and randomizers needed. which is another issue in and of itself, it can be hard to get good endings without certain randomized settings and intentional playing in the first two rounds. another complaint (tho this one is small) is that Hheily and SD were less likable than previous characters, and we also got less from the two of them than we did from Rhok’san or Ln’eta. all that to say, i don’t regret playing this game. it was as fun as parts of the first two, and the lore from the true ending was fun. that said, i might skip this one when i replay the other two. it is easily the weakest of the series.
I AM CRUSH LANDING ON THAT ELDRUSSY ! ! ! !
Using a mix of brains, courage and heart this game is a welcome addition to the series.
I think this one is a real improvement form the previous, i really loved the addition of the human interactions they really added the extra sauce the game needed.
I really wish Steam had a "Neutral" review option, cause that is how I feel about this game. Because as someone that loved the previous games, I really feel mixed about Crush landing. To start, let me praise the game for what is good. The characters, humor and soundtrack are great as usual, but these can only carry the game so much before you start to feel a bitter taste over all the bad things. It goes back to the first game's roots and turns it into an item gathering puzzle, that honestly feels overstayed by halfway into the story (which is VERY short this time). The gameplay is the worst in the series, it is so simple that it hurts itself with how boring it feels. It gets even worse with the bugs at launch (One ending that is tied to an achievement is currently impossible due to said bugs). As said before, this one is also the shortest in the series, which really is a bother when it is even more expensive than the previous one. Some parts also feel severely half-baked, the last section (the third heart) just auto-plays itself, regardless of which ending you are going for, which makes an already short game feel even smaller. The other God, which is mentioned as the main "Bad guy" in here is also heavily disconnected from the main gameplay, requiring you to go out of your way to do a "side-quest" for them to even do anything. This makes the story feel even more rushed and disconnected from itself. The worst offender really is Hheily, all previous girls were very lively and had many interactions to basically anything you did, Hheily is the complete opposite. Interactions with her are going to be 90% to move the story, only a few 3 or so items actually have her react to them. She has little to no personality and her design is super boring. All of this just amounts to what feels like such a downgrade to literally every other girl in the series. Overall I'm giving this one a negative, I do not think the game is bad, but it is a downgrade to what we had before, this feels oddly unfinished/rushed and I cannot recommend with it's current price. Buy the other games in the series, they are way way better. I would stick with watching your YouTuber of choice for this one.
People are complaining that the game is "too short." After playing through a couple times, I can say that from beginning to end a run is noticeably shorter than the previous two games, but this is by design. This game is meant to be played multiple times to see what endings and storylines you can unlock or alter, and it has a decent amount of content. Overall I'm enjoying it as much as the previous Sucker For Love games and am glad that Akabaka decided to try something new with this take.
It is not as good as the other games. i didnt enjoy it , therefore i cant recomend it. it feels way shorter then other games , the story is kind of all over the place , no gallery and convinient endings tree to track. I dono man. it is meh
