Subnautica 2. It's here in early access (at the time that I am writing this). Despite that, the gameplay is brilliant, the new ideas are flawlessly implemented and for something that's starting off like THIS! That's amazing. I really really really look forward to Subnautica 2's 1.0 release with the finished story, all the co-op features, all the bio mods and more. May have little story elements currently, but it still comes a long way.
