Got this on sale, was a fun little game. I'm using an Oculus Rift. Recently added a 3rd sensor and it made a big difference in this case since you have to interact with things behind you. Although the game is short I would recommend it. I'm glad the developer added graphics for the hands, however it would be nice if the hands actually reacted to the touch controllers so you could point, make a fist, etc.
I bought this solely for the water/claustrophobic/drowning element - as I've played a crap ton of "escape the room" VR games and they've slightly lost their appeal to me. I know I'm not alone in this regard, so if you're like me then yes, it's worth the money. It feels realistic (they've updated the game to have hands), the sound effects (especially underwater) are spot on, graphics are solid...
Just ok, not very long and not very difficult so more of a neutral thumbs up. I would like to have seen point to pick up as an option as I did drop one thing on the floor and was hard to pick up due to setup for the sensors, not everyone is able to have the ideal sensor setup due to furniture etc, although I'm on 3 sensors(rift) I do have issues if things are dropped too far below the view of the sensors.
Played on HTC Vive Pro/RTX2060Super. Well, it's an OK escaperoom (pretty short, about 4 puzzles). I'm not the best puzzler so I definitely had some problems with the puzzles. For me the first real puzzle only partially made sense as the second part I could not connect it to the visuals and for me it was more on luck, at least that's what it seemed to me. The current price of 3.99 is well, it all depends on how much you spend on longer games. As I can remember, I bought it OR part of a cheap bundle on indiegala OR in a sale, but then it would probably have been about 1 euro max. Blue Entropy Studios make the same type of escaperoom games, so if you didn't like the others you won't like this, if you did, you also might like this one.
It's a good VR Escape Room experience. The only issue with it is that it's too short. See the gameplay here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AIZeAAqOmlE I played this game with two-sensor oculus rift setup and only had minor issues with tracking the controllers. It's a room-scale experience, so you can't rotate your view with controllers, you physically have to move around. The puzzles range in difficulty and are a fun challenge. I unwittingly ended up holding my breath when the room filled up with water. Definitely recommended as a VR experience to show off your friends.
5/10 Game is broken. Tried three times repeatedly pressing certain buttons. Nothing working. Watched a walkthrough, and when they pressed a button something happened that didn't happen with me. Bugged puzzle games are utter rubbish. Encourage use of walkthroughs to solve to "check" that the devs have put things together right.
Unfortunately somewhat buggy at the moment. I had two puzzles that I had figured out (and verified the solution of on youtube after thinking I was an idiot) just not work the way they should. In a game like this, buggy puzzles just can't be a thing. Other than that it's a cool but short escape room. Just needs to work properly.
Great game, very short get on sale. dont look up cheats it isnt that hard
Nice little escape game! Button clicks are a bit wonky though.
