Starry Moon Island 2 is a free to play collection of godawfully bad GameMaker Studio asset/template flip minigames (mostly shoot 'em ups). In fact, it's the SAME minigames that were asset flipped from Starry Moon Island 1. They chose to use obsolete retro pixel "art" as a substitute for contemporary PC graphics. It's unclear if this is due to lack of budget or talent, regardless, the overall visual quality of the game is extremely low as a result. Resolution and controls are locked. These flaws push this game far below minimum acceptable standards for PC. The developer made the noble move of making the game free to play. However, there's still a bizarre $100 USD worth of very empty DLC that makes this seem like some kind of suspicious cash grab. That, combined with the very poor graphics, lack of polish, and locked resolution and controls (and the bad control scheme) make this too far below acceptable quality for PC. It's also noteworthy that the developer continues to copy and paste from the GameMaker Studio templates, releasing the same game, sometimes even more than 10 copies of the same game, and each of those with hundreds of empty DLC packages, all in the name of being some kind of weird cash grab. Case in point, this is an identical copy of Starry Moon Island 1. Copying a game template does not make someone a developer any more than copying a document template in Microsoft Word would make me an author. It's unclear what the developer thought they would accomplish by trying to sell the exact same games with slightly different names. I can't recommend this.

Like its prequel, this game is also a cashgrab game with 100 DLCs, but with variety of minigames, so it is kinda not that bad for a free game.
Before I played Starry Moon Island 2, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
