Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 1/day in the week to Sep 12 → 0.29/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 26 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 7 places towards #1, and the 2,402 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Sep 7: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

I like it but movie battles 2 is full of corny losers who havent stood up from their chair in 20 years, the moment i boot up the game i can just smell the funk of their body odor coming through my screen, i have never seen such a sweaty and toxic trash community in my entire life, i can never join a lobby without some miserable prick with doodoo crumbs in his boxers just sprinting over to me with his FISTS and literally beating me to death as i helplessly swing at him with a lightsaber, it makes no sense, its a shame because this game has so much potential to be fun, but you sweaty ass cornballs just ruin it cus you play like your families lives are at risk.
Just nostalgia; best type of star wars lightsaber fights of the time.
Nach 22 Jahren, kann ich sagen - passt schon ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
I absolutly love this game. Sure you can tell its a bit older but the force abilities are satisfying and scale appropriately when leveling up, the lightsaber combat is fun and the missions feel varied. The game knows what it wants to be and pulls that of successfully
This game beats many of newer titles in terms of story lines, gameplay and value for money
better than sex
Childhood favorite. This was the only game we had on the family computer back in the day
There is no justifying directional combat systems when lightsabers do not instantly kill, if not dismember, biological and robotic enemies. Since deflecting projectiles is automatic, players attempting to slash at enemies will get hit half of the time unless they can consistently flick their camera upwards to land heads. Even if players do not mind this, combat becomes drastically toilsome when they engage with melee enemies, mostly Sith, who can kill the user instantly, irrespective of their health, and parry various strikes and combos with ease. In other words, players are either using the strongest abilities to mow down enemies or find themselves strafing all over the place to take down simple grunts. The plot is locked behind missions, which act as padding while important characters do most of the work offscreen. Missions range from going from point A to point B, battling enemies, collecting items to repair a ship, and cantankerous platforming-oriented levels that scatter enemies around the level to take lethal potshots at the player as they attempt not to fall into an abysm. The only real sign of progression and meaning lies in which abilities were used in a level, with light abilities and dark abilities affecting some dialogue. Now, STAR WARS™ Jedi Knight - Jedi Academy™ is propped up by nostalgics and their imported multiplayer servers. If the technical failings do not dissuade consumers, then the tiresome gameplay will. If they are still around after that, then they can justify every softlock and hard crash on their own; there is learning from your mistakes with each death, and then there is trying to mitigate a headache by hoping that the game will hold together the next session, or not jumping over a wall without activating a cutscene or objective.
