Excellent example of an "easy to play hard to master" type game. Seems very very simple: Use your cursor as a vacuum cleaner to collect the little dots, the sparkly dots and don't get touched by the rocks (or it's game over). The kicker is, your vacuum cleaner attracts dots and smaller rocks faster than larger rocks. In addition, the more of the sparkly dots you collect the bigger your vacuum hose gets (i.e. the multiplier) and the harder it is to avoid attracting the rocks to you and avoiding them while trying to get more sparkly dots. So if you feel like it's "too easy" that means your multiplier isn't high enough.
Common Traps:
- "I'm going to be clever and just hang around the edge of the map to avoid the asteroids." Have fun attracting off screen asteroids to ruin your day! - "If I just move the cursor fast enough I can just dodge the asteroids and snatch up the sparkly dots no problem." The thing about the cursor circle, is that you don't absorb things instantly. If you move too fast you will just move right over the dots, but if you move too slow, you'll hit a rock while waiting for the dots to get absorbed. It's quite a delicate balance. - "I'll just focus on grabbing up the sparkly dots and live as long as I can. Obviously this is more points than just playing it safe." This works, but it can take a while to adjust your reflexes to just how fast you can attract small rocks when your multiplier is 6x or greater. It's very easy to get baited into going for a sparkly dot that's pretty much guaranteed to get you hit by a rock.
Would make for an interesting drinking game. Rule #1 - You get hit by a rock, you drink. Rule #2 - A sparkly dot goes off screen before you get it, you drink. If Rule #2 is too hard, you replace it with Rule #3 which is if you make it to the end with less than X points, you drink.

Can definitely be a pretty chill game, but you might find yourself getting stuck in the "Just one more try!" loop.
This is a really competitive game about collecting stardust, but behold, there are asteroids you must look out for. Do so and you shall be victorious.
