This is a highly underrated empire building space 4x game set in the Star Traders universe (like Templar Battleforce and Star Traders Frontiers). It features a well developed research tree and economic model. At the start of each game you select three factions to use in the game, each sporting unique characteristics. After that you take commnad of a migrant fleet which arives in an uncharted space with an objective to gain control of the area and develop a functioning empire. To do that you have to colonise and build up new planets, control the political strife among the factions and fight xenos. I highly recomend this game to anyone who likes 4x games.
Experience a Space based Love Story featuring YOU, the main character, and your love interest, the lovely ADVISOR, as you try to Fight off unrelenting waves of Alien invaders, all while finding off the Drug addicted populace and the Guilds responsible for your budget, and equipment constantly trying to annihilate each other....
Very hard to use UI, horrible game
Not a bad game. I really want to like it. Pros: Interesting perspective. Lots techs. Cons: Graphic looks like from 20 years ago. A little boring. Too much time spent sorting out the bickering factions. Confusing techs. Not enough explaining goes into what each techs do. It's not what I am looking for in a space game.
On sale try it out!
Great game. You are in charge of making a space faring civilization thrive while eliminating the aliens. You have to make them all get along. But you don't deal with individuals. You deal with giving direction and guidance to the ships, planet development, research, and government. Worth playing. you don't get bogged down in the fine details of civilization building.
Looks good, a bit too old school for me. The newer one 'Frontiers' is excellent; so I bought this to support the great devs.

A great game, but unplayable on newer 64 bit Mac OS. Needs to be updated, Please. Cannot recommend right now. Back when it ran on my older OS, definitely recommend... Actually not sure if 64 bit OS is the problem. Regardless, I can't play the game. Can play all the other "Trese Bros' games... and love them.
yuck, probably a mobile game so boring and unpleasant. And music so annoying and repetitive.
