Its fun. But wow, the body blocking is one of the worse things in the game. Getting stuck on a bridge and having your allies prevent you from leaving is devastating.
Pretty fun to play with friends. The gold use is wasted potential thou, it might be better to spend it on items that last through the game instead of one time use class, or it can be both. Also idk if its just me, but sometimes the game can be quite unbalanced. like the other teams bot seems to move as a team more, while my team is pretty disoriented (some bots just stay at the base to defend it from no one, and that make it harder to contest). Im going to try a room with player only without bot later on, who knows, it might be better. Also i thing the discord link is expired, might want to update it so people can set up a room to play together
Note: Dead PvP game This mobile app contains no meaningful single player content. There are no available servers and no player population. This game cannot be played as intended.
This 2D retro pixel top down brawler mobile app was dead on arrival. It had absolutely nothing to offer, even for a pixelcrap game, which already look awful, this looked incredibly bland. And it looks like at least some of the assets are "borrowed" from stock tilesets and spritesets... why do all the players look exactly the same? Was this put on Steam as a joke or did someone seriously, genuinely believe this would work? So, "Stagdraft" is a dead PvP mobile app. Why did it fail? It's video game autopsy time! Almost every PvP exclusive game on Steam fails. Only a tiny proportion of them "go viral". This game failed for many of the same reasons those others fail. The chief of which is the developer thinking that their game will "go viral" without actually creating any reason for it do so. Competition amongst PvP centric games is extreme, and there's only a finite player base to appeal to. This game failed to reach any kind of critical mass and died as a result. Let's go into some of the reasons this particular game failed to appeal to gamers, despite the zero up front cost. First and foremost, there's no meaningful single player content. The developer gambled that other players would be an acceptable substitute for adding storytelling, level design etc to the Game. They lost that bet. Without a huge community of players or single player content to add a lasting value to the game, the game dies. Developers must learn that other players are not an acceptable substitute for adding content to a game. This features really godawful pixelcrap "art" instead of real graphics. It's hard to say if this was because the developer didn't have the skill to do the job of creating 3D visuals, or couldn't afford to hire someone who does, but it also doesn't matter. What matters is that this looks much worse than most other games because of that decision, and that's a major deterrent to gamers. Games like Terraria and Stardew Valley succeeded despite the bad graphics, not because of them. So this mobile app looks like an old 1990's Adobe Flash game that you might play in a web browser, and the problem there is obviously Steam wasn't intended to try compete with Chrome and Firefox. If it can be done in a web browser, it's not even close to a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That's a problem. And yes, as I keep saying, this is a mobile app... it doesn't matter if this was ported to PC before or after the app store release, or even if this didn't even make it to the app stores. This is built for the absolutely lowest of all gaming platforms and must be judged as such... it's not going to give you a cutting edge PC gaming experience. That alone is enough to disqualify this from any recommendation. We don't spend thousands building gaming rigs so that we can pretend they're iPhones and play iPhone games and mobile apps. On pricing, this is "free" enough, at least you won't be expected to spend any more money after you download this, but just because something is free doesn't mean it's good, and the cost of a game is more than just financial, your time is valuable too. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 3 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Considering that the match size is 24 people, that means this NEVER actually had a full server or a viable game played on it. Wow, just wow. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this mobile app to your library and downloading it? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. There's no financial cost up-front, but you'd still be spending your time and a little hard drive space on a product that's far from the best. There's thousands of better alternatives on Steam.
it's stagdrafting time
have been playing since the demo, it's a fun game to pick up now and then
For a free indie game, this is pretty good. I wish more people played, but at least there are bots to battle with.
It's been run to test out the different classes and such! At first I kept dying very quickly but something kinda hooked me into trying more and I found myself wanting to try again and again to figure out how best to use each class! To the point where I did enjoy the challenging combat. It reminds me of my Battlefield 4 days, that balance of wanting to capture the objective vs trying to defeat enemies outside the objective areas :D fun little game, I hope it grows into more in future!
ÇOK İYİ
It is rough around the edges, but I had fun the whole time I was playing. I will need to play a bit more for a deeper review, but it show promise.
