Found this looking for couch co-op games. It's surprisingly fun. The level of difficulty ranges from laughably easy to ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, the smash mini-game is fun (though it took me about a half hour to complete the museum level), and there's a good amount of content for the price. The graphics are pretty basic, which usually would bug me but the idea and the mechanics completely make up for that. 5/7 overall.
For the price, you absolutely cannot go wrong with this game if you are a fan of Super Monkey Ball style games. It's a pretty simple, relatively short game, but it does a better job capturing the spirit of the first couple of Super Monkey Ball than the modern Super Monkey Ball games, like Banana Blitz (Note: Super Monkey Ball Retro or whatever the final name will be was not released at the time that I am reviewing this game). The stage designs are simple, but challenging and rely on precise movements and timing. The whole system of coins that unlock squirrel and ball accessories is really novel and adds to the game. The mini games are also tons of fun. Overall, I'd say the game is definitely worth giving a shot for fans of the genre.

Squirrel sphere is Super Monkey Ball without training wheels. If you liked SMB or want a tight 3d platforming game, take a look at this one. It's imaginative and creative with levels and ramps up the challenge.
Great monkey ball type game. short, and easy at times, but fun! Final boss is HELL and i've never been able to beat it. either way, get it if you're interested.
pretty nice
This game cured my depression
I'm a monkey ball veteran (and I mean the good games, monkey ball 1 & 2, not the later ones which are mediocre) and I'm always looking for some similar games. Squirrel Sphere is one of the best, if not the best game I played in this genre since those old monkey ball games. And the game is far too cheap for its quality! When a game is that cheap I always think of a bad mobile port or a low quality casual game. This is not the case here. What ist great: - Controls are tight - A nice amount of content - Stages are creative and diverse (and so much fun to play!) - Aside from main game mode, there are some minigames which I maybe would rather call challenges, because you play them solo and you can beat them to get something (the name "minigames" can be misleading, most of them are not local multiplayer minigames!) Neutral, but mentionable: - The camera is controlled manually. This is a big difference from monkey ball for example. It's not bad, it's just different. And to be fair, I don't remember any places you really needed to roll and adjust the camera at the same time or me having trouble with it. Could be better: - Animations are a little bit stiff sometimes and character models are a bit chunky. I like the style and the overall stage looks, though. Menus could be a bit more clean and simple, but I guess thats just my preference. - Some stage are bit frustrating trial and error, but this is in the nature of the genre. I never had serious problem with a stage, though. Verdict: I really liked the game! I had a lot of fun with all of its contenct! If you like marble or monkey ball games, this is a must buy!
very nice game but the multiplayer splitscreen is not really a multiplayer so if you had a friend that had this game and you try to play with them it wont work so can we have friend online playig this game in multiplayer and also having to mess around with the physics thanks and also i love this game
Squirrel Sphere is a 3D platformer/racing game, somewhat like Sonic meets Marble Madness. Control a squirrel in a bubble, roll around low poly levels to reach the exit and collect low poly acorns on the way. The gameplay and controls aren't as tight as they really need to be for this kind of game which leads to a frustrating experience. The low poly graphics are pretty lazy/low effort. Not the worst game ever made but certainly nothing I would ever recommend to anyone.
This is in the running for "the most unforgiving game I have ever played". The devs who made World 5-10 Shadow Tower should be eaten by a squirrel. Getting every acorn on that stage alone took me more than 40 minutes. ...and then that final boss? Don't make a mistake, or you're doing the whole 2-stage fight from the beginning. As many times as it takes. You can complete this within two hours if you don't care about 100% completion. I suggest you spare yourself. Thank you for the squirrel game.
