Way too many important problems for this to stay at "mixed" reviews

This is definitely a scamming game development team. They abuse their power as game publishers to issue unwarranted and unjustified bans. Even if you appeal, they will completely dismiss your words. You can easily get banned by them at any time. Recently, players with high-value in-game assets have all been hit by their so-called 'shadow ban' system via trading and the marketplace/vending house. While you can still technically play, you are completely restricted from trading or giving away your assets to anyone, and it is a permanent ban. They refuse to unban you with the ridiculous excuse that wealthy players might engage in RMT (Real Money Trading)!! LOL... If you are planning on trying out this dev's game, my honest advice is to drop it. They are completely dishonest, and you'll just end up wasting your money on the game and cosmetic items.

after spent 300hr+ i just realized this game has 70% bot so hard to find party and the content too small.. bye spirit vale

If you want to experience the absolute worst of the year, I highly recommend this game. While farming on the map, you might get accused of using botting software; When you ask for evidence, the team simply replies that the verdict is final, unchangeable, and that they refuse to provide any proof to substantiate the claim. You’ll get a taste of what it’s like to deal with a “top-tier” team—in the sense of being the worst of the year. Have a blast.

I wouldn't really recommend playing this game, falsely accused of automation/botting while I haven't really logged in the past few days. The manual reviewing of accounts on cheating is incredibly unprofessional, it's like they just have a table/checklist and if you get 3 ticks you are considered botting/afk. What if people just falsely report you as a way to grief? anyway I'm done, don't waste your time, I won't even appeal, confident that my ban of 41662d 17h, would be lifted before even I get a reply, what a joke.

Had the balls to invite people into a PTR server for upcoming content when something as fundamental as a party system isn't even working flawlessly yet.

the game was so addictive, I put my hours of playing. But they banned me for no reason? I'm not sure why.. They said I'm botting.. Was literally eating in front of my PC when they banned me and Its kinda sad that I cant play my character anymore that Ive put my hours in it.
