Grind so hard to get my char buffed because Trade/AH is locked yet when they open the Trade/AH they just banned me with "botting" reasons! It's not only me who got banned with "botting" reasons, some of my guildmates that i play together to grind some gear or to kill the boss got banned too with the same reasons. I mean, we couldn't use Trade/AH so what should we do to get geared?

If you want to experience the absolute worst of the year, I highly recommend this game. While farming on the map, you might get accused of using botting software; When you ask for evidence, the team simply replies that the verdict is final, unchangeable, and that they refuse to provide any proof to substantiate the claim. You’ll get a taste of what it’s like to deal with a “top-tier” team—in the sense of being the worst of the year. Have a blast.

I have played over 87 hours and did enjoy the game initially, however, later found that the dev just decided to change many things including class changes, items changes all of sudden without notice. It was basically balance change to class and build. It is annoying as hell, as you spent your time in finding the BIS gears and building towards a build and started to enjoy the build, then all changed overnight. You had to restart again. It is EA stage, and yet dev decided to do so much balance so early, it is a game genre for farming and building synergy, not impressed how dev decided to do things.

THEY HAVE A BUG WHERE IF YOU REACH CERTAIN LEVEL YOUR ACCOUNT WILL GET RESTRICTED FROM TRADING, AS OF NOW IT'S NOT FIX YOU CAN CHECK THEIR DISCORD SO YOU CAN SEE PEOPLE ARE HAVING SAME PROBLEMS

This is definitely a scamming game development team. They abuse their power as game publishers to issue unwarranted and unjustified bans. Even if you appeal, they will completely dismiss your words. You can easily get banned by them at any time. Recently, players with high-value in-game assets have all been hit by their so-called 'shadow ban' system via trading and the marketplace/vending house. While you can still technically play, you are completely restricted from trading or giving away your assets to anyone, and it is a permanent ban. They refuse to unban you with the ridiculous excuse that wealthy players might engage in RMT (Real Money Trading)!! LOL... If you are planning on trying out this dev's game, my honest advice is to drop it. They are completely dishonest, and you'll just end up wasting your money on the game and cosmetic items.

The playtest was great, and the demo was decent, but this latest version is a complete mess. The server launch was terrible. The game was so laggy that players could barely play. It took the team two days to address the issue, and even after that, there were multiple server outages and numerous bugs. The game clearly wasn't ready for release. It feels like the last-minute patch introduced major issues, and the launch should have been delayed until the game was in a stable state. BAD THINGS ARE: - The Auction House is disabled. - Player-to-player trading is disabled. - Storage is disabled for a period of time. - Guild storage is disabled for a period of time. - Parties were disabled for a period of time. - Guilds were disabled for a period of time. - Players' channels keep changing automatically. This is extremely frustrating because players need to be in the same channel to level together. Whenever a player returns to town or dies and respawns, their channel is automatically changed, preventing EXP from being shared with the party. - Poor management. On Discord, moderators are sarcastic instead of focusing on resolving the issues. - Lack of communication regarding the server status and ongoing issues. The moderators are busy replying to unnecessary comments on Discord instead of providing official announcements or updates. -The server went down, and the login server was shut down, preventing anyone from accessing the game. However, some players who had not logged out were able to remain online without being disconnected from the server. Meanwhile, the moderators/Game Masters did nothing except watch their livestream and ask, "Should we ban him?" - The team appeared to be deploying fixes directly to the production servers, causing repeated crashes and making the servers disappear from the server list multiple times.

官方帶頭種族歧視亞洲人特指明中國玩家，官方Discord群組有跡可查，並且會主動控評，把不利於官方的言論進行刪除、禁言以及踢出伺服器。並且，官方人員有意在非公平情況下惡意封禁玩家帳號並不給予警告，也不給予合理解釋，玩家只會因為官方部分人員的個人意願而遭到不合理的封禁。網上討論區的聲討官方也會派人出面要求刪除評論，這導致玩家根本投訴無門，只能在惡意且有損環境的情況下小心翼翼的進行游戲。同時，官方人員還會非法把"玩法不合他們心意"的玩家進行封禁，你只能透過卑微的哀求以及對官方進行讚美才有可能被解除"誤封"，這簡直就是人為的馴化以及操控，在一款未成年人也能游玩的遊戲裡，這已經對不少玩家帶來了實際上的心理傷害。以上觀點並非我個人意見，而是部分該遊戲玩家的心聲，只是只有少數人願意站出來對抗官方的惡意行為，因為他們會把你Ban掉，你付出的時間和金錢只會消失。這裡列出的種種只是冰山一角，惡意操控玩家，種族歧視主義，獨裁主義，非公平隨意處置玩家，遊戲無法穩定且正常提供服務，這都是對他們的控訴。 The developers are actively leading racial discrimination against SEA players, specifically targeting Chinese players, which is fully documented and traceable in their official Discord server. They actively control the narrative by deleting comments, muting users, and kicking people out of the server whenever opinion is unfavorable to them. Furthermore, official staff maliciously ban player accounts under unfair circumstances without prior warnings or reasonable explanations; players are subjected to unreasonable bans purely based on the personal whims of certain staff members. When discussions arise on online forums, the developers even dispatch personnel to demand the deletion of these comments, leaving players with no voice or channel to lodge complaints, forcing us to play on eggshells under malicious and toxic conditions. At the same time, staff members unlawfully ban players simply because their playstyle doesn't align with the developers' personal preferences. You can only get unbanned by humbly begging and praising the developers. This is nothing short of intentional brainwashing and manipulation. In a game accessible to minors, this has already caused real psychological harm to many players. The points above are not just my personal opinion, but the shared voice of many players in this game. However, only a few are brave enough to stand up against the developers' malicious actions, because doing so will get you banned, making all your invested time and money vanish instantly. Everything listed here is just the tip of the iceberg. Malicious player manipulation, racism, authoritarianism, arbitrary and unfair punishment, and the total failure to provide a stable and normal gaming service—these are our accusations against them.
