They respond to questions in a way that basically drives players away. They hand out random bans too ,I play with my hands no macro , and i apparently got banned. The servers are full of bots, and I honestly don’t even know what the ticket system is for. I submitted a ticket two weeks ago and still haven’t gotten a response. I didn’t believe it at first because it never happened to me. Now that it happened, I know people were telling the truth. #Spiritfail

Esse jogo nos mostra o porque jamais deveremos comprar jogos na steam. Um mmorpg deveria ter um tempo de jogo muito maior para reembolso. Hoje , 10 dias apos o lançamento do jogo, o jogo se encontra completamente quebrado e fudido. o comercio não funciona e o lag tornou o jogo impossível de jogar. Basicamente nao da mais para jogar . nunca mais compro nenhum jogo na steam, melhor jogar pirata ou nao jogar .

The game itself is genuinely fun, but the rules and enforcement feel completely inconsistent. I have already explained that I did not use any bots or automation programs and that I was actively playing the game myself the entire time, yet my account was still suspended without any clear reason. Even after submitting an appeal, all I received was what felt like a generic, automated response. I had spent more than 500 hours playing the same character. Then, after finally creating a new character and playing it for only three days, my account was suspended again. At this point, it honestly feels like all it takes is for enough players to report someone, and their account can be suspended without any proper investigation or explanation. I find this kind of handling extremely disappointing and unprofessional. But I suppose none of this will really matter to you. Thank you for the good times this game once gave me. Goodbye.

looting is broken, trading is disabled, servers go down constantly. don't buy until they fix the game
