Bought the game because it promised old-school MMORPG vibes.
Stayed because I accidentally became a professional queue simulator.
Day 1 recap:
Couldn't log in.
The economy apparently exploded because of item duping.
The marketplace got disabled.
The devs went straight into backend surgery.
Honestly... that's one of the most authentic MMO launch experiences I've had in years.
Once I actually got in, though, the game was surprisingly fun. Combat feels satisfying, the class builds have a lot of potential, and chasing gear scratches that old Ragnarok-style itch. Before I knew it, "I'll play for an hour" somehow turned into an all-night grinding session.
Sure, it's Early Access. There are bugs, balance issues, and the occasional server headache. But unlike some studios that disappear after launch, the developers have been actively communicating and pushing fixes.
So yes, my first day was mostly:
Login failed.
Maintenance.
Backend fix.
Repeat.
Would I recommend it?
Absolutely.
Because once the servers stop trying to PvP the players, there's a genuinely fun MMORPG underneath all the chaos.
