Played for hundreds of hours, only for my character to lose all its items and money for no reason whatsoever. I submitted a ticket and followed up every day, but got no response or explanation at all. Then they go and post on their Discord channel about people losing their items, saying that they’re not liable for it. LOL.

Not recommended. Constant crashes, server rollbacks, restarts every other hour — you'll lose more progress than you keep. For Early Access, that's not "testing," that's just broken. Discord's no better — point out a bug and you get swarmed by the same handful of fanboys treating criticism like an attack on the dev. No dev update in almost a week while the game keeps falling apart. Cool concept, buried under bugs and a community that can't take feedback.

you can get false ban, if you lazy play and look like a bot. the GM will take a look by human eye and decide to ban you. with no technical proof. or sometimes, when you invite new friend to play, and you decide to help out, give some money to help them get start, you will get ban "RMT" they just 3devp and a lot of mod try to lick each other.

I strongly advise against playing this. My group played together, and one of my friends—who had over 400 hours of playtime—got banned for botting without any explanation from the GM. The banning process is completely unclear; it feels random. Anyone thinking about playing should really reconsider. And don't give me that "you don't own any games on Steam" or "this is a bot account" nonsense—that’s all lies. Think twice before buying this lousy game; you might just be throwing your money away.
