SpeedRunners 2 is a high-speed multiplayer platformer where rival superheroes face off in breakneck races using parkour, grappling hooks, and game-changing power-ups. Fall behind, and a shrinking ring of fire eliminates you – until only one runner remains.

I think the only thing I liked so far, is that you can have bigger lobbies, although in truth that may end up making the visual clarity so much worse. I don't mind the visual change from 2D to 3D, although I wouldn't say I'm the biggest fan of it, and the style reminds me of Multiversus. But in all honesty, I just don't see the reason why you'd want to buy this game over the first one, at least right now. I feel like the screen is much more zoomed in, and because of that it's a lot easier for there to be a lot of visual clutter. The sudden death is also a lot more distracting. It feels like the grapple has been changed, which I'm not a big fan of, and it seems a lot harder to build up speed in this one compared to the first, or it's at least less noticeable. There is also just a massive lack of content here compared to the first one, although I'm sure that it will be fixed overtime, so I'm not going to be too upset about it. I loved the first game, but this just feels completely different, and I'm hoping they'll make some adjustments and add more content later on. But in the game's current state, all I can say is that I'd recommend just buying the first one for right now.

please don't listen to the people saying it is no ware as good as the first game and is just the same game. this is because even if it is, it is still a vary good game and is more polished then SpeedRunners 1. if you want a fun party game to play with friends this is perfect for that. i do not know anything about the online coop or verses. so if your looking for a different kind of party game this is it.
A GLITCHY MESS
The movement sucks, the maps suck, the characters suck, the voice lines suck, the music sucks, the art design sucks, and the trailer sucks. This game is horrible
If you are writing a negative review on this game ... you're broke and you don't have any friends
Seen mixed reviews and got sad and scared but this game single handedly saved my family. I LOVE SPEED RUNNERS THANK YOU FAIR PLAY LABS FOR MAKING ANOTHER PEAK PARTY GAME <3
Schwierig. Also ihr hattet 5 Jahre Zeit was geiles zu Entwickeln.
Lots of fun and multiplayer works great. More maps is always appreciated but highly recommend for a 4-8 multiplayer experience with friends.
This game is honestly trash, as a person who loves the first game, they took everything that made the first game good, and made it trash - First game was [Game Mechanics > Graphics] and this is vice versa. The game is a janky mess that is choppy with weird camera movements and everything is so zoomed in, you cannot truely go fast like the first game, my main issues are: - The maps are so small and everything is so big including the characters and boxes - You stick to the ground when going fast? - Like i said before boxes are so big and the fact you stick to the ground makes dodging them impossible - The camera is so zoomed in, forcing you to memorise the map if you want to do anything apart from running on the ground - New mechanic where you zip up walls??? - New trashy items that add no value apart from being new - all other items have a unique tactical use. Please dont give these people money for this cash grab game, there is almost no content apart from like 6 badly designed maps that are stolen from the first game. Please go play the first game if you actually want to have fun with friends, There is a reason why the first game costs more money :)
