Cool 16-bit-like shooter with mechs and alien robot scum. Plays well with controller. Music is good and nice to listen to. 3 type of weapons, laser (power), homing (easy hit) and rifle (good all rounder). Stun enemies then release fire to make them explode, simple but again cool idea. Might be kinda hard depending on the skills of course. Lack of proper options like setting up custom controls and screen resolution is the main con here. Play if you like shooters, definitely a good game.
A ♥♥♥♥♥♥ clone of R-type made in a hurry. ♥♥♥♥♥♥ graphics, no option for full screen, unbalanced weapons, stupid enemy and boss patterns. It's free but 700 Mb for this crap is a scam.
Originally an arcade mini-game within Wanted: Dead (a character action game by one of the developers behind Ninja Gaiden) and developed by the developers behind Horgihugh (a slightly unambitious yet great horizontal shmup), Space Runway is a great callback to late 80s/early 90s Arcade shmups of old with inspirations ranging from things such as Blazeon (visually), Konami's Force Gear and other mecha shmups from the era. For free, you can't complain at the game, it punches way above its supposed weight as an extra in a AAA action game. The music is average, seems to call back to 16 bit era days with very average composition. As far as gameplay you have access to bombs, 3 weapons (Normal, Homing and Laser), 4 powerups ("P" for power, "S" for speed, "B" for bombs and an Option you can manually redirect) and 7 stages with 7 distinct bosses. I would recommend picking up the speed powerup as a priority ("S") so you don't feel as sluggish and can actually dodge, the hitbox is very small so it's more lenient that it initially appears to be. The "freezing enemies to then blow them up in chain as a bomb" concept is very interesting from both a scoring and gameplay perspective. It takes a while to click with it but once you do you'll figure out the game is meant to be played in a more tactical way than most shmups that come out nowadays. You'll begin to think tactically as to -where- you want to kill enemies to use them as bombs and create chain explosions with upcoming enemy spawns, -when- to stop holding the shot button to maximize the effect of enemies blowing up, -what- weapon to use, upgrade to pick and direction to have your options facing at. The whole level design is made around the enemy explosion concept and it is quite engaging once you click with it and figure it out. Overall a 7/10, not bad at all, not spectacular either. It will appeal to fans of late 80s/early 90s shmups or arcade shmup fans looking for some shmup time-waster for free (which fortunately steam has a plethora to pick from). This is a game that will appeal the most to fans of late 80s shmups where more tactical decisions would predominate over skill. I feel the game takes a lot from older Konami games from the era but is not running short of inspirations with a unique style of its own. It took me a while to click with it and understand the gameplay loop and level design, it can seem clunky or even daunting at first but it becomes addicting once you understand how it's meant to be played.
To be honest, considering is a game inside another game, i only hate enemies not exploding instantly, the rest is a classic arcade shmup.
For God so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him should not perish but have eternal life. For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world might be saved through him. (John 3:16-17)
THERE IS ONLY SALVATION IN CHRIST JESUS

WE ARE ALL SINNERS AND SIN SEPARATES US FROM GOD
For “ALL” have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23).
WE NEED TO REPENT FROM OUR SINS
He who covers up his sins will not prosper; but he who confesses them and turns away will obtain mercy (Proverbs 28:13).
JESUS CHRIST IS THE "ONLY MEDIATOR"
Because there is only one God, and only one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus (1 Timothy 2:5). In the beginning he was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God (John 1.1). And that Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (John 1.14). The next day John saw Jesus coming to him, and said, "Behold the Lamb of God, who takes away the sin of the world" (John 1:29). Jesus Christ, the Son of God, is the only one who can give us eternal life and save us from the wrath to come. Salvation is not through saints, virgins, angels or archangels, or under any other name. And in no other is there salvation; for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).
THE PATIENCE OF GOD IS TO LEAD US TO REPENTANCE
But God, having overlooked the times of this ignorance, now commands all men everywhere to repent; because he has established a day in which he will judge the world with justice, by that man whom he appointed (this is his Son Jesus Christ of him), giving faith to all with having raised him from the dead (Acts 17 : 30-31). The Lord does not delay his promise, as some consider it tardy, but he is patient with us, not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance (2 Peter 3: 9).
HOW TO SAVE ME FROM THE WRATH TO COME?
So, repent and convert, so that your sins may be erased; so that times of refreshment may come from the presence of the Lord, (Acts 3:19).
CHRIST IS COMING SOON
And while he was sitting on the Mount of Olives, the disciples came to him apart, saying: Tell us, when will these things be, and what sign will there be of your coming, and of the end of the age? Answering Jesus, he said to them: See that no one deceives you. For many will come in my name, saying: I am the Christ; and they will deceive many. And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars; see that you are not disturbed, because it is necessary for all this to happen; but it's not the end yet. For nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom; and there will be plagues, and famines, and earthquakes in different places. And all this will be the "beginning of sorrows" (Matthew 24.3-8).
SURRENDER TO JESUS WITH ALL YOUR HEART
That if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9).
Repeat this prayer if you are sorry for your sins:
“Lord Jesus, today I recognize that I am a sinner. Now I know that you died for the love of my soul on the cross of Calvary -taking my place- and that you rose from the dead on the third day, and that now you live and reign. I ask you to wash me with your precious blood and erase from me all my sins and my rebellions and make me a new creature. Today I give you my life and my heart, I want to know you, I accept you as my only and sufficient Savior and as my Lord. Write my name in the book of life and never erase it, Thank you Lord Jesus. Amen!. To be saved, it is necessary to take the step and make a sincere surrender to Christ with a repentant heart, abandoning the path of sin, now going on the path of God, which is the path of holiness, without which no one will see God. This is the beginning of a new life because in Christ Jesus we are born again: “So if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creature; old things passed away; behold, all things are made new” (2 Corinthians 5:17).
YOU DECIDE!

It's a free game with good graphics, good music and the play feel is overall fine. Recommended if you like old style arcade games that have checkpoint re-spawns and creating recovery routes. The gripe I have with this game is that the game is very unbalanced in terms of boss patterns and player's shot abilities. You choose your weapon by collecting a rotating color item just like Tatsujin. Blue weapon (laser) is outright broken in terms of damage, dealing 3~4 times of damage than any other types. Red homing laser is complete utter trash, it cannot defeat any enemies at all at Level 1. Yellow is fine, but it lacks damage just like Red. There is absolutely no reason to select anything but blue. Since the blue laser does humongous damage, most of the bosses can be beaten in less than 2 seconds if you spam 2 bombs and keep shooting the core with the blue laser. This tactic does not work on Stage 5 boss, since it's just a cluster fxxx of patterns, where the enemy spawns BEHIND the boss sprites with random exploding bullets coming from the bottom side of your ship. Good luck dealing with that. I have given up on Stage 5 boss for the moment. Overall, the game is not that bad, it takes some certain amount of skill sets to enjoy this game. Feel like this one wasn't for me, but I'm sure other shmup fans would like to play it.
