While the art is fairly decent (apparently using the same basic program as games like Being a ***), it's fairly static with no animations at all (at least,, with an advertised 369 animations one would expect to encounter at least one in the first roughly 30 minutes of play time). Also, there's nothing that feels actually engaging about the game as it's mostly choosing what scene you want to see next (and so far it's pretty much just linear without having multiple choices). It's also worth noting that either the translation is pretty bad, with very muddled verb tense for example, or it was written by someone who simply doesn't understand ideas like verb tense. Either that, or they simply write it and didn't bother to go over it for anything resembling proofreading in a rush to get the game out for sale. While I have only played it for about 30 minutes... there's nothing about it other than the art (which I can find the same quality in better games, including noticing that one character looked exactly like Sage from Being a ***) that makes me want to play it for any longer. Requesting a refund on this one.

Pretty nice game, it's not taken too seriousely so we have a lot of sex scenes, for our great pleasure, thank you ^o^

Experience what happens in a spa through several characters and take advantage of their offer. Sophia, a young businesswoman, has decided to start running a spa. Following its early popularity, the spa began to lose attractiveness and customers. To avoid ruining the business, she is compelled to make a few alterations, including providing sexual services with the assistance of her seven girls. The game is divided into chapters or tasks. By clicking on one of the available girls, you can complete her task and advance the story. Each task is a brief story centered on the girl and often includes a sex scene, so you pretty much follow the point of view of every girl, and the plot is not just about Sophia. However, the entire story is predetermined, so you do not have to make any decisions. As you progress through the story, you will unlock 25 different girls. Only a few of them are open and come with a task, so you will not be overwhelmed by too many at once. Once you complete the current task pack, you’ll unlock the next. Sadly, not everything is unlocked. Despite this being a full release, you only get part of the content; the rest will come with updates. You will also have access to customers. They are both male and female, however their scenes differ and include some choices. You will also locate your playable character among the customers, but you can only be the default male, and the gameplay experience is very similar to every other customer. So, when you click on a customer, you will see two options. The first is to book a massage using one of the offered packages. A package includes numbers next to it, which indicate how many options you can select during the massage. Of course, lengthier sessions cost more. Then you can choose one of the available girls. The selection will be minimal at the start of the game, but it will grow over time. A girl is only a different skin because the sex scenes are identical for everyone. You can choose from a variety of positions; the more you pay, the more you can click on. Because a massage is not cheap, you will need to earn money by choosing the second option. This takes you to the Red Light District, where you have sex for money. Each round takes about 30 seconds and awards you 3000 credits. You can keep going for as long as you want, allowing you to earn virtually endless money. If you want to unlock all of the achievements, you will have to grind for money. The reason behind this is that six girls raise a percentage whenever you have a session with them. Each girl has her own progress, and you must see all available poses and scenes to complete it. Unlike other visual novels, this one has a broken or locked skip button. You can turn it on in the settings, but there’s no difference and you still have to watch everything. This makes the game a bit repetitive after a while.

This isn't to bad of a AVN but things can get a little too repetitive after a while, it can feel like you're going in circles and kind of gets boring as well. There is no sound of any kind, there is some sexual animation but it's average and getting any of the achievements will take some time. The English language and how the story ish is worded still needs some work. Is it worth it, I'd wait until it's on sale then judge it for yourself.

Sophia's Spa is filled with amazing and delicious NSFW content. As a Visual Novel, it delivery a solid writing as well as a good pace for those looking into an adult game. Plenty of animations included...

This game is a little different in its approach and takes a few minutes to get used to. Still, I quickly adjusted to it and am really enjoying the game. Game choices are straightforward, the only thing(s) that are not are some of the mini games. More on that later. In the primary game you merely select a scene and you will get a brief story (10 minutes or so) about one or more of the characters. Running the game via small scenes is very helpful since the developer is providing frequent content additions and this format allows you to see the new scenes pretty much as they are released (if you have made it to the appropriate point in the game). Most of the scenes include good quality 18+ content. Some of the scenes are story only... but there still are plenty of sexy costumes and the story is interesting and fast paced. Note: this review is current as of release 1.03.448 (the game is not early access, but some content still needs to be released). The models are attractive. Men and women are generally over-endowed, but otherwise the character models are representative of realistic physiques and each is unique. I also noticed that a number of the characters are not shaved “downstairs.” This is a nice change from 95% of the 18+games where hair only appears on the character’s head. There are a few downsides. There is no sound and there are mini games. Some of the mini games are fine—even good, but a couple of them are less than stellar. The developer says that they are not mandatory—and they are not—BUT if you don’t complete them, you will be kept from seeing some of the 18+ content. Finally, the game is not yet completed, so when you play you will eventually run out of new options until the remaining content is released. It took about 14 for me to reach that point. Overall 7/10 as is. This will probably improve to 8/10 once the game or “season” is completed.
