SON😭
game good
good game
Sons of the forest pretty much follows the first game pretty well. Ill start with the cons because they're just more mildly annoying then horrible. Cons: ●The story feels rushed towards the end its probably 2 15 min fights and 10-20 mins of cut scenes after running through an rather empty area that admittably probably shouldnt exist where it does after you get the final "key" ● The story snowballs quick after you get the first 3 " key items". Like within( this is a very inaccurate estimate probably i wasnt paying attention too much) if I was focusing on just the story it could probably be 4 hrs after the bottle neck that is a common real world tool. ● There is more lore but it sort of leaves you hanging on former events in the forest and some seem to "not conclude correctly" in this game. ● The map is huge but there are 3-4 plot p.o.i.s on the right side of the map. ● One item with no explanation why it works is not used until the end of the game and 1 middle section of one cave unless you happen to test it you might miss how helpful it is. ● Some items ( unless I missed it somehow) were never explained on how they work. ● There are many glitches but bearable with how many saves you can have. ● The cannibals/mutants seem artificially hard at times. ● The cannibals/mutants sometimes raid extremely frequently to the point its just a resource sink. ● You can cheese the mutants and cannibals in lategame/early game when you get an unfair match up despite what you have. ● the weapons are simultaneously strong and weak especially in more than one hand. ● in general items are niche and have their uses but they do not mix as well as they could with the map. ● Like all npcs the ones here can be annoying but a great asset. ● some resources were too plentiful ● pots were always annoying to deal with and they would occasionally despawn because they would jump off where it was and became an item that despawns. ● the caves were barely connected compared to the forest and it seemed to harm them in a way I can't explain and there was less of them. ● The "non cave" areas felt out of place to some extent and less rewarding than caves to explore Pros: ● The map is beautiful and huge. ● You can almost go anywhere on the map ● There are a lot of camps to raid ● Most of the items are very useful in what they do. ● The enemies are way better than the forest ● There is a lot more resource storage ● The help with resource gathering is a vast improvement over the forest because of your hands constantly being full ● The lore was vastly dug into. ● Aiming projectiles in game is 90% better than it was in the forest: where you mainly could only guess and it was wrong. ● The Npcs made it better ● resources were more plentiful ● the base building is one of the best ive seen and I absolutely love it... aside from some minor inconveniences like doors and windows. ● The ingame map was very helpful and seemed to be perfectly implemented. ● The caves are fun to explore even if linear. ● The "non cave" areas were interesting twist compared to the first one ● They implemented a way to guide players without the map. However I never thought of going to it until I looked it up. ● The game seems to add more than it takes from the previous. ● Transport was almost necessary and it was somewhat thought out. In all I like this game I would give it an 7/10 but they could improve it and especially the next installment needs improvements on the weird pace of some items and the story. Compared to the original I would probably give the forest a 5/10 for a comparison.
BETTER THAN APEX
전작에 비해 식인종 먹으면 패널티 생겨서 더 까다로워짐 동굴 너무 커서 루즈해질 때 많음 억지로 플탐 길게 해둔 느낌도 많긴한데 위치 공략만 보면서 하면 할만 함
