This game is awful. Non of it is intuitive and the lack of common sense with the interface greatly hinders any immersion: After 10 minutes going through my inventory to find out where my arrows were, I gave up and looked online. Many other people had the exact same problem - they are hidden away in the lid of a box. You need to find them in order to upgrade them. In any case, you can only have 20 stone tipped arrows in your inventory, but can bizarrely carry multiple boulders and even a glider in it. The glider. I literally climbed to the top of the highest mountain to get the height but repeatedly crashed it. Eventually I fell to my death with it out of reach. Had to look up tutorials on how to launch it. It's not like you can easily save and try different strategies out. Armour. It takes forever to make a single item, scrolling through the awful inventory sheet and constantly clicking on items. Rewarded with an infantile chime noise every time one is made. When you finally have enough to fill your armour slots, the whole lot can go in a handful of hits in combat. Combat. Multiple slashes at an enemy clad in nothing but a loin cloth hardly touch it. Yet if you receive a few hits from it's club you will die. You can pepper them with arrows (you will run out with multiple foes) and they seem unaffected. Yet if you drive into them with a electric golf cart, a couple of taps and their limbs fall off. If you build a base, and venture out, the crazy quick speed of the day/night means you will be caught out at nightfall. Build a tent and save and sleep? You will be woken up and attacked by multiple enemies. And die. After wasting many hours of gameplay, trying to explore the caves and reaching several impasses, I checked a tutorial only to find out that there is a definite sequence to the order you have to complete them in. As far as I'm concerned, if you need to follow walkthroughs on a game like this, the game is not working. I can't think of any element in this game that is not done far better than other games. Ahh... yes... come to think of it, as a challenge to my perseverance this game excels.
