Prices
Each in the currency that store quoted — not converted: the gap between two rows is the publisher's pricing, not an exchange rate.
Availability
We put this game to every storefront we collect. A market that answered not sold has told us something about the game; a market we never asked has not, and the two are never drawn the same.
Discounts
Every price cut of more than 20% we have observed, in each market that quoted one, with this game's chart position on either side of it. These are episodes, not a model: a sale is one event, and one event cannot tell you what the next one will do.
Reviews, worldwide (the counter carries no country): 0.71/day in the week to Aug 14 → 2.71/day in the week after.
For scale, across Steam · Top Sellers · Brazil over the last 30 days: the 23 chart moves that followed a price cut of more than 20% went a median of 14 places towards #1, and the 2,515 moves with no price cut behind them went 2 away. One store, one chart, one country — it is the only place we have enough observations to say even that.
Prices outside the United States have been collected since 6 August 2026 and chart positions since 19 July 2026, so a cut older than that has no market to compare and a market that joined later has no history yet. Nothing here is converted between currencies.

very good it is a must play 9999999/10
Sonic Superstars is a bit of a mixed bag, but I'd probably say that I enjoyed it more than I didn't. I think the bosses are awful, the game can get kind of ugly, and the soundtrack is hit-or-miss. But when this game works, it WORKS. It's just a shame that its potential was wasted because they were so intent on giving it a gimmick in multiplayer, which isn't even that good either.

14 of 15 markets; the rest we haven't asked for this title, not markets where it is unavailable.
14 on sale1 answered “not sold”0 we did not ask
The 1 “not sold” market is read from the Steam price pass of Aug 31: that day the store answered for this game elsewhere and gave no price there. The 14 priced markets are the same rows as the table above — each the latest price we hold, dated here when it is older than that pass. The 0 marked “not asked” were not put to this store at all — either it has no storefront there or we do not collect it yet, and neither is a statement about the game. A refusal is a refusal on one day; a store can list a title again tomorrow.

This game is genuinley awful, as a life long sonic fan this game makes me more excited to hit the uninstall button instead of playing the game.
sonic has GONE WOKE!!
Decent fun game, bosses needs more balancing. 7/10
Never let ARZEST cook again
este juego no es perfecto y su diseño de niveles no llega a sonic mania pero creo que si te gusta sonic o en si los videojuegos seria una buena opción para comenzar. No te esperes un sonic mania sino un sonic 2d moderno
Sonic Superstars: A Familiar Run, But Stumbles on the Finish Line Sonic Superstars promised a return to the classic 2D side-scrolling action that made the blue blur a household name. And to a certain extent, it delivers. The vibrant, colorful levels are undeniably appealing, echoing the aesthetic of the Genesis era with a modern sheen. Playing as Sonic, Tails, Knuckles, or Amy brings a welcome dose of nostalgia, each character offering their own unique abilities to traverse the meticulously designed stages. The addition of the Emerald Powers is a clever idea, giving players temporary boosts like water manipulation and cloning to spice up the gameplay. However, Sonic Superstars ultimately feels like a missed opportunity. While the level design often shines, offering branching paths and secrets to uncover, it can also be frustratingly inconsistent. Some zones are brilliantly crafted, rewarding exploration and skillful platforming, while others feel unnecessarily cluttered and rely too heavily on trial-and-error. The boss battles, in particular, fall flat, often feeling repetitive and lacking the creative flair of previous entries. The new Emerald Powers, while initially exciting, don't always feel fully integrated into the core gameplay. Sometimes they feel like gimmicks tacked on rather than essential tools for navigating the environments. Their limited duration can force frustrating backtracking if you don't utilize them perfectly, breaking the flow of the game. Furthermore, the story is largely forgettable, feeling more like a perfunctory setup than a compelling narrative. While nobody plays Sonic for the deep lore, a stronger narrative could have elevated the experience. The voice acting, while not terrible, occasionally feels phoned in and lacks the energy expected from a Sonic title. Ultimately, Sonic Superstars is a decent platformer with flashes of brilliance hampered by inconsistent level design, underutilized mechanics, and a lackluster story. It's a competent entry in the Sonic franchise, but it doesn't quite reach the heights of its predecessors. Fans craving a nostalgic experience might find enjoyment here, but those looking for a truly groundbreaking return to form may be left wanting more. It's a good game, but not a great one, landing firmly in the middling territory of the Sonic universe.
